1 - Roman Reigns/The Miz vs. Elias/Lashley ends in DQ when Shane interferes. Roman takes out Shane McMahon post match.

* Backstage Shane McMahon, recovered, announces Sami Zayn vs Braun Strowman tonight and if Sami wins he gets Braun's spot in MITB.

2 - Mojo Rawley defeats Apollo Crews via pinfall.

* Nikki Cross is backstage with Alexa Bliss, who is struggling with baggage issues. Nikki's new character is the opposite of before, calm and composed. Cross will be replacing Alexa in a fatal four-way later tonight.

* Contract signing w/ Becky Lynch, Charlotte Flair and Lacey Evans ends when Evans/Flair team up to put Becky through a table.

3 - Baron Corbin defeats Ricochet clean via pinfall.

* Backstage, Cesaro implies Dominick is not Rey's son and he looks more like Samoa Joe. The two brawl.

4 - Naomi vs Dana Brooke vs Natalya vs Nikki Cross ends when Nikki pins Natalya. Nikki was back to playing crazy during the match.

5 - Rey Mysterio pins Cesaro

Ciampa getting hurt might have been the best thing to ever happen to Gargano since he avoided having to deal with the disaster that is RAW Creative (ex. Ricochet & war Raiders) and having his momentum knee capped by Smackdown Creative (ex. Black).

When Lacey Evans manages to be the only person who's been booked pretty well out of the past 2 batches of call-ups, that's when you know WWE has seriously screwed things up.

Ricochet pretty much did his best to get a good match out of Corbin and also keep the crowd interested for as long as possible.

Main event was one big mess and not in an entertaining train wreck way.

Outside of maybe a week or two, RAW has taken a noticeable nose dive in quality ever since Bruce Prichard was hired back and the shakeups done in Creative.

Also, that they still heavily emphasized the hurt and heal gloves makes me wonder if he’s going to be doing a split personality gimmick and using both the Mr. Rogers and Slipknot personas.

I realize with WWE's recent track record it's overwhelmingly likely that they'll blow it.

But I can't help but roll my eyes that Bray hasn't worked one match in this new gimmick and yet half the internet has already declared that the Firefly Funhouse angles were "a fucking waste"

I completely disagree with this statement. The guy has not wrestled under this gimmick yet. Everyone knew that he was going to revert back to his old ways. But for him to be as dark as he was, under a mask that is dark, hideous, and straight out of a horror film is definitely the way to go.

If WWE creative ruins it, then it is what it is. But if he alternates back and forth between the two personas, this character change will work. If one or two episodes he is wrestling and then he brings back the Fun house for an episode of RAW it will work. But that's trusting WWE creative to move forward with something. In order for this to work, Wyatt will need to go on a pretty large winning streak as well. I could see a scenario where he sacrifices the people he defeats as well.

But to say he's back to being old Bray Wyatt is short sighted and not giving the character change a chance to work.

This happens all the time when they go overseas to film RAW and SD. Everyone reads the spoilers and no one tunes in, whether it be on the TPWW thread or live TV.

I remember back in the day when we would have 12-15 pages for a RAW and SD was the one that was like 3-5 pages because we could read the spoilers. I miss those days
