Good ending. Guess they just wanted to swerve the marks into thinking about "what if?" re: a Corbin title reign or something.
C+ show overall IMHO.

What size are these oversized Bud Light Lime cans? Strange the cans don't have size or alcohol content information on them.

Making a Difference Ali.
That worked well for Fatu.
Wasn't there a variation of that gimmick Savio Vega had, too? I mean, before all the hardcore race war stable proliferation started.
And yes, I'm just going through the thread. I figure it would be a lot better than trying to watch, and more fun.

Amazing movie. Danny McBride and James Franco arguing about Jizzing all over was the hardest I've laughed in years.

For the love of fuck, please don't pull an Alexa/Bayley double turn tonight, and just don't turn Bayley ever. She's best as a career babyface.
Her heel turn wasn't bad. In fact, it was shaping up to be interesting... but she was getting a massive face reaction to it (partially because it was a pre-emptive strike on being swerved yet again by Sasha, and partially because it was something new and exciting from Bayley instead of the same old shit) and WWE saw fit to kill it in its infancy anyhow for the eventual women's tag team belts they are putting over so well.
I suppose it is just as well. The company would have found a way to cut her metaporical nuts off with bad writing or lame booking, and that heel turn with such promise would have ended up sucking since they have been pretty good at finding new and inventive ways to make her look stupid throughout her main roster career.

Sign him up to host a re-boot of Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego?.
There already is one. But he would have totally worked as CHIEF from the 90's verson of the cartoon "Where on Earth..."

Missed watching the show live, was it any good?
Only matches I really cared about were both Women's title matches to see if WWE was that dumb enough to end both title reigns and Joe vs. Ricochet.

This is also not a good match, Kofi vs Dolph
Which is a fucking shame. Those two have had stellar matches in the past with zero on the line. This is, to renew an old joke from around here, a dropped boat.
How is anyone supposed to take Ziggler seriously as a potential WWE Champ when the only reason he is feuding with Kofi is cause Owens wouldn't go to Saudi Arabia
The same way we're supposed to take Kofi seriously as a WWE Champ because Ali got hurt. Neverminding Kofi being well past deserving the shot and getting such a short push to work through effort and luck, that's why he is where he is in the first place. WWE seems to think anymore that you can just plug x wrestler into y slot and everything is fine because everyone is 100% interchangeable.
Dolph needs to get the fuck out of WWE and rejuvenate himself in Japan or something
I selfishly feel (and have for quite some time) like he should knock off Nick Aldis and become the new touring NWA Champ. He would still be able to do his side shit, film 10 Pounds of Gold, and have fresh matches in one fell swoop. I was hoping that would happen when he looked like he was out the door before.

Joe actually looked like the badass he should have looked like from day one at WrestleMania.
Good to see they’ve squandered that as quickly as possible.

I thought Roman vs Drew was the best match of the night. Even with the Shane interference. It felt like an old school late 80's match with a new age twist. Everything flowed great. Probably one of Roman's best matches ever.

I think the angle in the main event was really nicely done. WWE has to tell stories and this story with Seth and Baron has been solid, and I think in retrospect down the line will not be remembered with the hatred "we" have for it now. Doing the mixed match at the next PPV will be something different which is so badly needed.

I dunno about best ever but I agree that it did feel old school and by the ending was really well done.

So I missed nothing by not watching, cool.
Pretty much, only thing of note was Ricochet winning US Title, DBry/Otis work well together and the closing segment.
A lot of RAW-esque matches imo w/ a handful of good moments.

I mean, it could lead to her having slightly less conservative attire but the company's focus with the women should be the level of talent and putting on the kind of matches like she and Sasha put on in NXT. Sure, not every match will be a million star classic, but even as it is today the WWE Women's division just still isn't anywhere near the level of other companies. I'm not saying there's no time and place for some occasional eye candy but looks shouldn't be everything in determining who gets pushed and who doesn't.

Just finished watching a replay.
:y: The Man won. Hopefully Becky can now move on from the terrible Lacey feud.
Woods being able to hoist Big E on his shoulders for a move was pretty cool. New Day vs. Sami & Owens was pretty good overall.
Joe vs. Ricochet was very good overall. Not surprised Joe lost since WWE loves to constantly knee cap his momentum whenever its good.
Samckdown tag title match was good. A bit too long though but was still entertaining.
The turnbuckle bomb spot was dumb considering Bliss's history with concussions. Bliss vs. Bayley was meh overall. Bliss still isn't good enough in the ring for the level of pushes and spotlight she keeps getting.
Drew vs. Reigns was also meh overall. It did get somewhat interesting near the end but then had the flat abrupt ending. Just bored of the entire Reigns vs. Shane & Drew feuds.
Kofi diving and landing face first to win the cage match was pretty interesting. Kofi vs. Ziggy was meh to decent at best but nothing really special for the cage stip.
:| Lacey as the big payoff for the guest ref. Umm since when can refs suddenly change the match type? Not sure how eating a banana fixes an injured shoulder going by Renee's logic. Main event was whatever. Not interested at all in more Corbin and Lacey for RAW's big title feuds.
Overall, the show was decent. First half was pretty good and second half just dragged the show down in quality.

She abruptly made it a No Count Out and then afterwards a No DQ.
Counted to 9 on Baron being outside then got the ring announcer to have him state its now a no count outs match. Then when Baron wanted to use a chair, instead of her just not caring or pretending to not see, she got the ring announcer again to state its now a No DQ match.
Still trying to figure out how Renee's advice of Lacey should eat a banana to fix her "injured" shoulder makes any sense.
