It's a reality type show about the everyday operation of a high scale Manhattan restaurant.
Don't know who long it's been on, but I'm watching a couple of back ot back episodes tonight. What a disaster. You guys see any of it?

One part owner gives the executive chef a huge raise, the other takes him aside and fires him. MAJOR DRAMA

I should put cameras around my house. People could watch me dance around in my boxers, jerk off to internet porn, watch TV, and sleep till 1 in the afternoon. It might actually be more interesting than a lot of the reality TV out there now, since they can make a show about anything now.

This restaurant is so poorly run that watching the in fighting was hard to break away from.
There's a financial backer and there's the celebrity chef. The backer says it's his and his restaurant only, the celebrity chef says it’s a 50/50 share. That's the biggest conflict.
Last night, lol, the financial backer give the head executive chef a raise. He doesn't tell the celebrity chef guy about it. At the same time this is happening the celebrity chef decides he's going to fire the head executive chef. Damn... Next morning he does.

Seasons? Holy crap, how can this show go on very far? The financial backer is looking at new chefs to replace Rocco last night.
This Rocco character, well he's quite the shit head if you ask me. I mean he fires the head chef and does so with the intension of doing the cooking himself and he does... for about an hour, then he goes up to the seating area to mingle with the crowd, leaving nothing but a bunch of line cooks to do all the cooking. Food is being sent back uncooked, sometimes more than once for the same people... I mean, I'd be out of there so fast if I was a customer, trendy place or not.

This show is awesome. Super amounts of drama.
I watched an episode last night where the head chef fired another chef, then rehired him like an hour later.
Also, there was some sort of fire the same night.
Later in the night, one of the major guys spotted a table of therapists sitting at one of the tables, and asked them to pretty much mediate a discussion between him and his boss, the owner.
Some entertaining stuff. I never thought that the day to day runnings of a restaurant could be so interesting, really.
