There's got to be a better way to handle this "no wrestling during commercials" thing if they're really hell-bent on keeping it.

Easiest solution would be to write the show around those breaks since for the most part, they normally happen at set intervals like with other shows. Instead Dunn being a moron and WWE needing to air more commercials because they haven't hit their ad numbers makes that a lot harder than it should be.

Also doesn't help that Vince completely ignored how commercials actually work during sports games.

Honestly, the only thing that can save WWE re: actually putting out quality content is a complete overhaul of the absolute garbage that is the current product, which means consistently breaking all the "current standards" that Vince has established re: "creative", and that are all based on his absurd stupidity and ineptitude. They're not willing to do that however because 1. Vince is too arrogant and out of his depth, and Vince will remain ultimately in charge, and 2. as a public company they "have to" continually appeal to "families" and be "politically correct", which will continually limit them from being good creatively even when they initially have remotely good ideas.

The original "Gary" was revealed to be played by Kosha Irby, who was a former regional director of live events for WWE and former president of the Memphis Express from the now defunct AAF league.

The identity of 'Gary Garbutt' before Cedric Alexander filled the role.

Drew McIntyre and Shane McMahon spent the majority of Monday Night RAW searching for a tag team partner to join Roman Reigns in the main event of the show. Shane and Drew approached a garbage man, a man working in concessions and an individual named "Gary Garbutt" who's storyline job was a janitor at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey. The 'Jackson Sun' published a story about the true identity of "Gary Garbutt" and Gary is actually Kosha Irby, who is the former President of the AAF's Memphis Express.

Kosha Irby worked for WWE for several years as regional director of live events.
