Speaking of "Kofi not being ready", Orton had a disastrous first reign as World Heavyweight Champion which didn't even last a month. It took him 3 long years to finally win his second world title in the form of the WWE Championship.

Also feels odd hearing Cole in a non-lead commentary role. Him and Phillips don't really mesh that well together.
