Only match I'm somewhat interested in seeing is the Universal title match but mainly to see if WWE manages to screw things up again and how badly if they do.
Rollins probably going to complain again if even the Saudi fans are mean to him.

Cain and Brock was good. Short, but realistic, hard hitting and a smart finish. The post match angle was really good and totally built up a future showdown between the two and also Rey and Brock. Curious to see if they do a team Lesnar vs Team Cain match at Survivor Series leading to another championship battle or if they just go to another championship match right away. I'd milk it.
BTW this is my last day subscribed to the network and I'm off work so I'm watching most of the show.

Was the match any good considering how dull their previous matches were together?
It was basic at best. Lots of pyro and the crowd were really behind them, even chanted "this is awesome" at one point.
So what happened with Rusev sleeping with Maria? Is that why Lana left him?
Maria revealed that Rusev was not the father.
Lana's reasoning for being with Lashley was that Rusev was a sex addict and wanted her to make machka brats, while derailing her modeling career. Also, sending money to his family in Bulgaria and not allowing her to spend money.
And that Bob Lashley told her that he was cheating.

Wyatt is going back to Raw. Shit makes no sense that the most sports entertainment guy on the whole roster went to the "we want a real sports show presentation" show.
Then again, WWE books themselves into such nonsense that maybe they will just make a new title for Raw, the Galactic Interplanetary Championship!
Mr. Pierre
11-01-2019, 12:06 AM
Having a feeling that The Fiend is losing this belt fairly quickly. Prichard probably wants to mirror Undertaker’s first title reign since he’s still stuck in 1991.
Rollins will wrongfully manipulate Bray Wyatt into defending the Fiend’s championship for him. Rollins beats Bray Wyatt (sweater and all), turning Rollins heel. Fiend and Bray stay on Smackdown as face(s).
Probably a steel cage match where he doesn't have to pin "The Fiend".

There's an odd travel situation happening right now in Saudi Arabia, as WWE's charter flight has been delayed for several hours.
Fightful learned early Monday morning that a charter plane containing the majority of the WWE roster and staff had never taken off. Those who were supposed to be aboard were told of "delays," and some have become suspicious of the delay.
Many of the people that are set to fly out have been awake all through the day and night already, with several scheduled to compete on WWE Smackdown Friday. All of those we spoke to still in Saudi Arabia said they don't expect to make it back to the States in time for Smackdown.
They were supposed to take off at 4:44 AM local time, and as of four hours later hadn't. The 12 hour flight would have had the plane arriving in Buffalo around 10 AM, with Smackdown taking place there ten hours later.
Vince McMahon, Brock Lesnar and Hulk Hogan are all already flying back, as they had their own flights. One talent said that Vince was out of there hours ago, while talent was still on the ground.
Some that we've talked to on the flight are clearly annoyed and perturbed by the situation, while others aren't so concerned, even saying "they'll figure it out, because they always do." So there's hardly a unanimous temperature on the delays.
Not surprised at Vince bolting and leaving everyone else to deal with whatever is causing the problems there.

They put Brock over Velasquez clean as a whistle in his debut match? Christ. What reason is there to continue that feud?

Assuming its true, then Vince is a huge dipshit for leaving everyone there high and dry and clean up the mess he created.

Found it amusing watching the fiends match, of all the stuff he was hit with at ringside, stomp, sledgehammer etc he stayed down longer when he got hit with the piece of plastic off the announce table than he did for nearly anything else.

Just watched Cain vs Lesnar via Twitter and it was terrible.
Night and day difference in quality between Cain in AAA and him in WWE. Whatever mystic Cain had prior got destroyed because of WWE's grubby hands.
Can we talk about how Michael Cole tries to call this match like an actual play by play guy instead of sounding bored and wanting to talk about anything else with Graves
WHY DONT YOU ALWAYS DO THAT MICHAEL

I don't mind short Brock matches. I didn't think Cain was buried. But obviously they could have done a lot more. The post match angle was strong. Tyson Fury was so bad.
Certainly not going to re-up my subscription. I'm done with WWE.

Just fly the nxt people to smackdown and keep them there. Just have them “takeover” the show till talent gets there. Would be a perfect tie in for what they want to do at survivor series with all three brands facing each other

From today's Observer Radio show on the travel problem for WWE's talent in Saudi Arabia.
Jim Valley: "To the best of your knowledge, this has nothing to do with weather or mechanical issues?"
Dave Meltzer: "No. Not at all. ... My impression was that they were on the plane waiting to take off, and then they were told to leave the plane. Vince was able to get another plane there to get a few people to Buffalo, I'm presuming. I just know a few people left, but it was only 12 wrestlers of the dozens that were on that show."

So let me get this straight, Vince pockets $50 million while getting out of a bunch of midcarders contracts, without them being able to go to AEW and stuck in Saudi???

Newest rumor going around the net regarding the Saudi mess was it being caused by a money issue and Vince did something to piss off the Prince.
Supposedly the Saudi government owes WWE money for their shows and since news of it was getting leaked, the Prince wanted to deal with Vince but since he wasn't around, the plane carrying the rest of WWE's talent got grounded as punishment.
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Here's a summary of what Hugo Savinovich is reporting as the cause of the WWE flight delay in Saudi Arabia.<br><br>(<a href="https://twitter.com/MicromanFever?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">@MicromanFever</a> is legit and I trust his translation; it matches what other bilingual fans are tweeting about what Hugo said on Lucha Libre Online's Facebook Live stream.) <a href="https://t.co/QosCJ1bfDY">pic.twitter.com/QosCJ1bfDY</a></p>— David BixenSPKY (@davidbix) <a href="https://twitter.com/davidbix/status/1190711796384043010?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">November 2, 2019</a></blockquote> <script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>

The broadcast in question wasn't the Crown Jewel show and instead that Facebook show hosted by Savinovich.
Edit: Observer and Voices of Wrestling reporting they heard similar reasons from their sources in regards to money issues being the source for Friday's traveling problems.

WWE's claims of mechanical problems for the first plane is starting to sound more like BS now that more details are getting revealed. WWE wouldn't need to go to those efforts unless they were that worried about the Vince and money story being outed as the real reason.
The story of the second emergency plane having problems does seem legit though since the company contracted for that plane released an official statement on the matter.

Based on a bunch of recent tweets from people living in Saudi Arabia who saw the show on tv, Dave Meltzer and David Bixenspan, people digging through WWE's recent fiscal reports, and tweets from wrestlers, this seems to be the summary of events leading to Friday's post-show travel issues.
* Based on those who have been digging through WWE's fiscal reports, there have been noticeable discrepancies in areas where the Saudi money would have kicked in. Several spikes in both directions likely indicating the Saudi government has not been paying for their shows on time. David Bixenspan tweeted a recent report from CBC.ca of this being a growing issue in the Saudi government for their other deals for some time now.
* WWE likely realized they were not going to be paid in full on time for Friday's Crown Jewel event and Vince pulled a power play in regards to the feed of the event. According to those in Saudi Arabia, all of the past Saudi shows were aired live except this one. Crown Jewel was aired on a one hour delay but it wasn't announced prior to the event which managed to piss off a lot of viewers there.
* Saudi prince seems to have been upset at WWE's handling of the feed for the event and pulled a power play of his own by having the plane with the rest of WWE's talent grounded. Only reason he couldn't do the same for Vince's plane was due to Vince leaving hours earlier with a few others.
* Making things worse for WWE was them getting a charter plane for only a select few talent managed to piss off everyone else that was still stuck there. Curtis Axel tweeted out his anger in response and Karl Anderson hinted at losing a lot of respect for RAW's locker room leader (likely Rollins due to his star status).
This whole mess also seems to possibly open up another serious problem on the horizon for WWE. Supposedly its being speculated that insider trading is happening within WWE. Vince and the McMahon family are among those rumored to have committed that crime. Some investors haven't been happy regarding WWE still being unwilling to disclose details regarding the Saudi money and issues with their new UK tv deal and upcoming new contracts elsewhere.
Just want to point out Brad Shepard had the scoop BEFORE Meltz or Bix
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">As of a few hours ago, making it to Buffalo for showtime was not a guarantee, so we’ll see. That was being speculated as a possible reason well before Shepard reported it though. Also people have been accusing Shepard of just reading all the rumors online and reports from Fightful in order to break his news. Even Bodyslam.net, which is near the bottom in terms of reliability, apologized for using Shepard as a source for their own report on WWE wrestlers feeling they were being held against their own will.
Meltzer and/or Alvarez did hint at the possible reason being serious enough they didn't want to say anything potentially definitive until all of WWE's talent was out of the country.
People on the net always try to think of any excuse to not give Brad credit for the many news items he breaks bc he is 'an asshole'...he definitely does not read Fightful and does not remotely get along w Sean Ross Sapp.
One of these days people will see tho!

Looks like A LOT of WWE top brass sold stock around the same time, which might be when they figured out they weren't getting paid for the S.A. show
If true, and that's the reason, that would be super illegal and yikes.
