The Raid 2: Berandal is my favourite. It must be the most action packed two and a half hours anybody ever dared to make that also includes a legitimate storyline. The body count is similar to great war films and the choreography of the fights is reminiscent of nothing else. It's a 4/4 film and one of those special "better than the brilliant original" films that defy common expectations.

The Legend of Fong Sai-Yuk, with Jet Li, is a classic, along with the original three Police Story films with Jackie Chan. I haven't seen any of them for at least 15 years, though.
I get too confused to enjoy Asian movies. After a while I can't tell who's who.
Tried watching The Ring, but turned it off after a bit.
As for the question, Kickboxer and Bloodsport I guess? Though I haven't seen either in ages.
Oh, I also enjoyed the panned Street Fighter as a kid. Though I now wonder if it wasn't only or mostly because of Raul Julia.

I hope you've seen Babycart/Lone Wolf And Cub 1-5 too. There's a machine gun in that cart.

This is a great film. Shaolin Soccer is also amazing, not the U. S dub though.
