About 2 hours in now but I suck so I didnt make it very far lol.

About 5 hours in now. Getting a lot better at the combat. Rarely play games like this so its been a learning curve. Totally worth it though.

Learning how to properly combo moves gives me a nice little tingle.

i've really enjoyed it - pretty sure i'm in the endgame now as i'm back on bogola - but there have been some bush-league bugs throughout for me. nothing game-breaking, but just, like, long in-game load hangs when moving between dimly lit and brightly lit areas, for example. not all the time, but enough to have kind of tarnished the experience a little

i play a lot of these kinds of games but i found i had to knock myself down to jedi knight difficulty from jedi master bc big toad guy kept killing me on the literal first planet you go to. but now that i am empowered jedi man i am effortlessly slicing through everyone, which, yeah, is the idea, but idk, the curve was weird on this one. disproportionately tough enemies early on, i think

great adventure though. v cool game

Ya, the toad on the first planet was balls hard. Had to wait until I had the stim packs before I was able to take him down.

oh don't get me wrong, it's definitely the best star wars game in years and i am stoked i bought it so yeah i'd say so

kinda reminds me of dark forces 2/the original jedi knight, in that it's just a really solid star wars story, and a really solid jedi story, that delves into the wider universe for reasons that aren't about the fucking skywalkers.

cool characters, cool narrative, plays well, lots to do, highly recommend

ok cool i am v glad and relieved to hear it was not just me then because i had a real horrible self-reflection moment during my many deaths there where the computer was even telling me on load screens "hmm buddy you know... you can turn down the difficulty if you want...just sayin.......or maybe git gud" because in my head the computer is a mean teen gamer and i was like "am i getting... bad at video games? is my reaction time slowing down? will i ever be able to cruise through hard mode ever again? is this what it is to face my own mortality and shrinking life span as the forces of time erode my fine motor skills and i am left an immobile drooling mess in a home somewhere, forgotten by the world and my own family as i wait for the sweet embrace of death?"

it was a real little crisis for a hot minute there

Too much wall climbing and convenient branches everywhere. Solid game but it's like Police Boat from the Simpsons.
