Another opening segment in a row involving Corbin and another snoozer in quality it was.

Not feeling interested at all in this Reigns-Corbin feud especially when Reigns previous major feud for the Blue Brand was mostly a dud in terms of entertainment.

Roode vs Reigns was decent overall. Crowd being very hot to start the show made the match a lot better than it was in the ring.

So within the first 40 minutes, there was a Reigns & Corbin opening segment, Roode vs. Reigns match, and Reigns destroying Roode and Ziggy.

Based on how badly WWE phoned in the preview write up for this show, doubt the rest of tonight's show is going to be any better in terms of quality.

Unless Bray is having another Fun House segment later, his big reveal was absolutely nothing.

Ali vs Gulak was decent overall

Bayley's been giving off soccer mom or MILF vibes ever since she cut her hair and changed up her look.

Add in her current mean streak and she reminds me of a few soccer moms who threatened to beat me up during my days as a youth soccer ref all because I didn't call fouls in favor of their kids. Then again one of them also ended up getting escorted away from the field by cops in another game I was the lineman for due to either craziness, booze, or both.

Also that Sasha, Bayley, Lacey Evans promo segment was very boring.

Mandy Rose just gave one of the lamest ever insults in WWE history. Can't remember the last time she gave a promo that was actually good.

Also the Cross vs. Deville match was a big waste of time.

:lol: at the ref throwing out Sami for spilling pancakes in the ring or at least that's how it came across based on his hand motions.

Tag title match was very good overall.

Took just one promo for Bryan to become the unquestioned top face in the company again.

So the big reveal by Bray ended up being nothing after all.

Tonight's Smackdown was somewhat boring overall. Outside of Bryan's promo and the Tag title match, it was entirely skippable and even those two moments were not really must see stuff either.

Nice of the crowd to celebrate the start of 205 Live's 3rd anniversary pretty much the same as any other week aka mostly dead in reaction.

Missed the second match but based on what I saw, 205 Live was good this week.

You'd think after 3 years, WWE would have bothered to fix the two biggest issues with the brand:
1) Weekly shows would be way better off being just 30 minutes long instead of 45-50 minutes long
2) Let them work a faster paced cruiser or lucha style for matches instead of the typical WWE style that doesn't play up to the division's strengths or appeal.

If that was the actual reveal and not a potentially brainwashed and clean shaven Bryan next week, then all of tonight's stuff with Bray will easily rank among the worst stuff done in WWE this year.

I wasn't home but caught up via Twitter...seems good to me that Lacey is a face now...What did they do on 205 Live since Bray tore up the ring apron?

Quickly replaced and fixed things prior to the show starting and then limited the action on that area of the ring.

The mat did have a bit of noticeable bump afterwards where Bray had been.
