Seems its taped based on a quick search. Next week's show seems to be taped as well.

Here is the plan for the beginning of September. AEW will keep everyone in Jacksonville from the 2nd to the 9th. Dynamite will air live on September 2nd, the go-home show before AEW All Out on September 5th. Then they will be live once again on September 9th.

Per Meltzer, the feeling is that if they have everyone in town already, why not keep them for the week. Khan and company did not want to tape the post All Out show before the PPV event actually took place.

He also noted that the September 9th taping would be for shows on 9th, 16th, and 17th plus AEW Dark on those days. The 17th taping will air on TNT on September 23rd.

nxt not trending in the top 30 trends does seem weird and 'off' IMO

Doesn't seem like it was a bad show via PWInsider's report but William Regal's big announcement was another let down since its just another multi-man match but with a different twist.

This time the big twist being its an Elimination match under WarGames style rules but without a cage being involved and singles guys instead of tag teams.

Also another instance of NXT's booking quality going downhill ever since moving to USA Network since its another high profile match quickly tossed on TV and rushing a NXT title feud since the next TakeOver is only a couple weeks away.

Someone from the Observer forums recently tallied up all the title matches, gimmick matches, and multi-man style matches NXT has done on TV over the past year and they've done more of those within the past year than the previous 2 years combined.

Seems that might have been a fake rumor since the Observer's Bryan Alvarez reported the "shoot" stuff during the match were planned spots and the stuff that supposedly happened backstage after the match didn't happen based on his sources.

Edit: PWI also collaborated Alvarez's report although Sean Ross Sapp claims his report is the correct one based on the talk he had with Rosa and Ivelisse afterwards.

In regard to emails we have received about rumors making the rounds that the bout that aired this past Wednesday on Dynamite between Thunder Rosa and Ivellise Velez on Dynamite briefly descended into a shoot, we are told that at no point were the two ever uncooperative in the ring but that they certainly had traded some stiff exchanges in the ring to get the match over. We are told by someone who was there that the match that was taped and what ended up airing had no major edits. Another source who was backstage that night stated that the only issue they could recall that could be called into question was a brief moment where Velez wasn't selling for Rosa but there was never a feeling backstage something was going wrong in the ring between the two, also pointing out that in some circles Velez isn't well liked, so that could be why there are fingers being pointed at her. The two are slated to face off again in a tag match on Wednesday's Dynamite, which will air live.
