Is Riddle supposed to be a more obnoxious and PG version of RVD's baked character back in the day?

Don't remember him giving off RVD vibes that hard during his time in NXT.

Why do we even have WWE threads?

Might as well just rename this site already.

The People's All Elite Wrestling Website!

Then we can have a proper place for the collective brainwashing we all try to do to each other to believe that AEW is actually amazing and not mostly a joke.

 at the RAW Tag title match ending via double countout.

WWE Creative keeps booking themselves into corners way too much that its become comical these days.

Edit: Nevermind, match got restarted. Guess that countout spot was botched since everything after it was odd.

Whelp all of that just to end via a surprise roll-up. At least WWE didn't do the lazy thing of ending New Day's tag reign the moment Survivor Series was over since that would have meant they only got the belts simply to do a throw-away New Day vs. Street Profits PPV match.

Tag title match itself was pretty good though despite that presumed ref screw up killing the flow early on.

Riddle vs. Sheamus was one of the best matches on RAW this year.

Didn't really suffer from the same problem as most of RAW's long tv matches where the first part is completely dull simply for commercial break sake nor full of padding to just to lazily eat a ton of tv time and instead was legit good from start to finish.

RIP Friendship Frog.

At least it wasn't Rambling Rabbit who got murdered this week.

 at Lana's table breaking streak on RAW ending ... nevermind Lana decided to push her luck again.

Also that RAW Women's title match was a huge waste of time.

 at Lana beating Jax & Baszler despite getting beaten up for almost the whole match. Sure it was Asuka who got the surprise roll-up pin for their team but still found the whole thing funny.

Asuka being nothing more than just a bit player in this Lana vs. Nia & Shayna feud is a bit sad though.

Oh yeah, Lana's streak actually ended and it was one big dud of a moment.

Lee vs. Lashley was pretty good despite that lame DQ ending.

Why even book Lashley to dominate most of the match just to go with the very played out screwy DQ finish that doesn't make him nor Lee look good in the end. Like that was heading towards squash territory if it wasn't for the last minute or two before the finish.

 at two of the three qualifier matches for next week's #1 contender's match for WWE title ending via shenanigans.

First it was Lee vs. Lashley ending via DQ and now Styles vs. Orton ending via Fiend shenanigans.

Orton vs. Styles match was going on pretty well until that stupid shit happened.

RAW itself was a mixed bag. First half of the show was really good which was a big surprise while the latter half was typical piss poor RAW quality. Had more fun tidying up and organizing my card collection during the 2nd half of tonight's show than what WWE provided. For some odd reason I have a lot more Baltimore Orioles cards than I thought despite not being a fan of the team.

Where did the fiend go? Incredible camera work by the way looking in the opposite direction to what he appeared.

Apparently the #1 contender qualifiers stuff from last week and next week's Triple Threat match to determine Drew's next challenger might end up being completely meaningless since supposedly the current plans for next month's TLC 2020 event are:
Braun Strowman vs. Drew for the WWE belt

Drew McIntyre vs. Braun Strowman for the WWE title is right now the scheduled main event for TLC on 12/20. Right now regarding Roman Reigns vs. Daniel Bryan for the Universal title, that match is scheduled to take place at some point, it could be TLC, but it's leaning toward a later date.

re: that spoiler

Admittedly haven't kept up with WWE for like two months, but I'd grown tired of Braun. Has he done anything interesting lately? Should I try to be excited about this?

Not really although he managed to pull a Big Show in regards to random heel/face turns these past couple weeks.

Went from being heel to supposedly being quietly turned face to back to being a heel since WWE never bothers to put any real effort in their long term plans unless its someone they actually care about and even that isn't guaranteed.
