Kris Statlander and Penelope Ford go head-to-head. The conflict between Nightmare Family and The Factory intensifies when Dustin Rhodes, Billy Gunn, and Lee Johnson team up to take on QT Marshall, Nick Comoroto, and Aaron Solow. For the first time ever, Penta El Zero Miedo and Orange Cassidy meet one-on-one. Plus, “The Machine” Brian Cage of Team Taz hopes to end Hangman Page's winning streak.

Hagnman vs. Brian Cage was pretty good. Bit surprised Cage won but then again Page also a built-in excuse for the loss via that pre-match beatdown.

Page becoming AEW's de facto curtain opener for shows has also been interesting. Seeing as the opening to wrestling shows typically gets the most viewers its a very smart way to build up his star power and status as a future top star.

At least in AEW's case, it wasn't just some recap for the sake of it and actually played as the lead-in to Taz's interview.

WWE's problem is most of the time their recaps don't actually lead to anything next on the show and almost come across as if they think their fans are very forgettable if not constantly told multiple times during a show.

TNT title match was pretty good but Allin's past 2 title matches were way better.

This week's show was very fun overall. Only real weak points were a few matches could have used a bit more time each and gone with the Young Bucks vs. Sydal Bros for a hotter start to the show.

Feels kinda like all his matches are "WWE style" matches

He's shown signs of potential here and there but also is someone who is still a long-term type project. If he was still in WWE, he probably still wouldn't be a regular on NXT outside of jobbing duties.

Didn’t get to watch Wednesday and couldn’t watch for a few days.

Kinda jarring that they didn’t even attempt to hide that it was taped with the first match being in daylight and clearly with no fans there. I’d expect it for Dark but not Dynamite.

Anyway I don’t mind Page taking the loss, I think he’s gonna dethrone Kenny sometime down the line, they can rebuild him for fans back in the building for All Out.
