At first, Samoa Joe was the prime suspect, then Buddy Murphy, then Rowan came into the firing line and everyone believe Daniel Bryan was the orchestrator.

As it turned out, Rowan had planned the attacks on his own, turned on Bryan and Luke Harper returned to back him up.

The result of that convoluted plot saw Daniel Bryan and Roman Reigns team against Harper and Rowan at Hell in a Cell with team of Bryan and Reigns coming out victorious.
