Black/King vs Penta/PAC? Maybe PAC joining Black instead and we get PAC v Penta? Is fenix back any time soon?

Replace Adam Cole with Miro and Adam Cole’s friends with FTR and you’ve got a hell of a card. Couple of missteps isn’t too bad.

I’m obviously not taking a shot at you, but that is an absolutely horrid card.

* Adam Cole is impossible to take seriously. Page needs way more help as champion.

* I feel like I’ve seen Danielson and Moxley before. Mox isn’t that interesting and they’ve cooled down Bryan and made him “just another guy.”

* MJF vs. Punk just happened. This feud may have done a lot for some people, but there’s a reason it tanks the ratings. Punk has overstretched himself and MJF has got a case of the Vince McMahon’s — no one buys him wrestling. The content of the promos has been underwhelming to me. The story is being dragged in too many directions as well.

* Multi-person matches suck, and Andrade is not interesting at all. Guevara is flat as TNT Champion.

* Multi-man matches suck, and The Young Bucks are not interesting at all. Fish & O’Reilly are flat as Adam Cole’s buddies.

* Britt Baker vs. Thunder Rosa is the most exciting match on this card to this point. But they’ve just had Rosa fucking around with Mercedes Martinez.

* Jericho vs. Kingston is also a fresh match. Jericho is past it and shouldn’t be one of the freshest components of your show at this point.

* Multi-man Ladder Matches are overdone. This will likely be a mindless spotfest. Not much drama in it since you know Keith Lee is likely winning.

* Black & King are boring. Penta sucks. PAC is great but doesn’t mean anything at this point.

No way that show does better than Revolution or All Out.

- Adam Cole is bad. He would be a good manager or would be fine in the mid card, not in the main event. There was a sign right at the front during dynamite that said “Adam Cole has a dad bod” which he clearly saw at one point. As a father of a one year old I’m offended by the sign as I’m in better shape than Cole.
- The story for Moxley and Danielson is actually really interesting so far. Danielson wants Mox to join him and train up some of the younger wrestlers into a group of killers. Mox isn’t saying yes to his proposal, but also isn’t saying no. He’s never beaten Danielson apparently, and Mox wonders if he only wants to team so that they don’t have to face each other because he’s improved a lot since they last fought. Said something like “we won’t team together, unless we bleed together”. Was a good promo but I’m a big fan of Mox so maybe biased. Someone who watches more wrestling than me might think otherwise but it feels fresh to me.
- I’m fine with Punk and MJF going again with a stipulation this time round. The last match dragged a bit and punk was sluggish so hoping for a good hardcore match and actually feels like a “blood feud” that warrants a big stop.
- agree a bit on both the Andrade and Guevara comments. Andrade has been good in the ring but soooo bad in character until he started trying to buy Darby Allin from Sting because he thinks he works for him lol. Would rather it was just Andrade v Darby. Sammy doesn’t interest me.
- Kinda agree on the tag match but also don’t. Fan of Jurassic express and the Bucks but no interest in Fish and O’riley. This match isn’t confirmed but aid assume that’s the way it’ll go.
- Baker v Rosa has been going on quietly for a long time with them taking little verbal digs here and there since they last fought. Probably the best feud they’ve had with the brauds. Baker hired Martinez to take out Rosa, she failed, so Baker and friends took out both Rosa and Martinez. Good feud
- some hijinks bound to happen with Jericho v Kingston with Santana and Ortiz in the middle of it. Jericho’s been playing the heel lately which I prefer from him.
- Disagree on all the Black/Pac/Penta comments. It’s been a good feud and lots of hints about someone else getting added to Black’s stable. Haven’t seen enough of King to comment. Penta had a promo last week where it seemed he’s bringing back his Lucha Underground persona which I’m happy with. Lucha Underground was great.

Watched Rampage and Jay White automatically seems 10x better and more legit than Adam Cole. Would be fine with him vs Hangman instead

These seem like reasonable takes. Danielson vs. Mox will probably be very good for people who enjoy Mox, but he jumped the shark with me in about 2016. Danielson’s work is always great, but I just hate how he’s already been blended in.

The only thing I don’t really agree on is your optimism for the tag guys, lol. Luchasaurus sucks, I can’t stand The Young Bucks and Pantogon is just grating to me. Brady King has never impressed me (but I haven’t seen that much), and Malakai Black shows glimpses, but eh. I love PAC, but he’s another guy that just feels there.

Jay White is an outstanding professional wrestler. My lack of faith and positivity towards AEW selfishly makes me want to see him sign elsewhere if he leaves New Japan. Would be a great add to a third major promotion.
