He has 3 in the last 10 years. Only the first one was meaningful and it was in 2013. The other 2 times he held it for like a month as a transitional champ. One time he had no title defenses, the other he was defending it as house shows, but I think he only defended it once on TV.

I'm obviously not talking about his 4 week run with the US title like 5 or 6 years ago or his tag titles with Bray/Luke and Riddle.

Depending on your view, you could say he had 4 title reigns I guess. But the 4th is when he beat Cena to unify the titles and they immediately retired the World Heavyweight Championship, so I don't really view that as a reign because he only carried one belt.
