I think Bray Wyatt never again becoming "The Fiend" would be a utter fucking mistake.

It's like Biker Taker never turning back into The Undertaker.

Fuck the Mountain Dew, Monster, Red Bull, Pepsi, Coca-Cola, Disney Plus Match that NOBODY in wrestling ever wanted to see.

We want "The Fiend" not WWE presents Mountain Dew Pitch Black Bray Wyatt in a Match.

The Fiend or Go FUCK YOURSELF WWE. Anything else will not do; you cannot strike lightning twice by using glow in the dark paint.

The Fiend or WE RIOT

The only good Bray was Wyatt Family Bray. As soon as he gets supernatural, he sucks.

Where the fuck is Bo Dallas? He is the Schyster brother I care about.

Brays terrible, always has been.

The hokey supernatural crap is barely watchable when it was the Undertaker even with the nostalgia factor so I cant stand it from Bray. Its always amazed me people will call out flippy wrestling for being unbelievable then in the same breath lap up Brays act or even the Undertake for that matter.

I don't mind the spooky mind games/smoke and mirrors stuff during the entrances or builds, but it should not be in the actual match. Sting is a great example, lots of stuff happens outside of the matches, bell to bell though he just wrestles.

I don't mind the spooky stuff in matches because it's different. It breaks up the monotony. It's not like any of it's real so pretending like it's some blackmark on the sanctity of wrestling seems laughable to me. The blacklight match wasn't even supernatural in any regard. They had on glow paint and wrestled under blacklights. The end.

like outside of the one or 2 fireballs with Fiend/Alexa, what has actually been "supernatural"? The fiend persona and the whole no selling thing? Does that mean hulking up was supernatural? It's not like we're talking about Matt Hardy teleporting here.

It’s not unique and it’s not good.

The Fiend was hokey as shit. The cinematic “match” with Cena was embarrassing. His matches with Orton were embarrassing. His match with The Undertaker was just bad.

I would rather he be The Fiend than what he is now. He did the dual gimmicks a bit better than Finn, because at least The Fiend did somethings different than normal Bray. Demon Balor made for a cooler entrance, but there was nothing movewise the Demon did that was any different than how he normally wrestled.

If they used The Fiend like Demon Balor in that Bray only pulls him out when he has to, that would work. That was never how they used the Fiend though, there was no way to discern why he wrestled some matches as Firefly Funhouse Bray, it just happened and it never made any sense. I remember he was playing Fiend mind games with Miz, and the whole thing was Miz scared for his family with the Fiend, and then they get to the PPV, and it is Firehouse Bray.

The problem with Bray moreso than the actual character is the illogical things the character does. With the LA Knight match, he wins, then for no reason stalks LA Knight after the match like he wants to kill him, but then he just stands there watching Uncle Howdy jump on LA Knight.

Fiend would have just mandible clawed him, the lights would have went out, and we would hear a laugh and it would be over.

The high spot is a hint at Uncle Howdy being Shane O’Mac, without the high spot we wouldn’t have the hint.

They could also just get rid of Bray Wyatt and Finn Balor and progress things along, leaving room for more interesting individuals to move into those slots.

Wait you don't like Finn Balor. He is the prototype of your usual likes. Pretty solid in the ring with the most minimal amount of charisma.

Finn Balor is better now as a heel.

That’s rich coming from a guy named Helmsphere.

Finn Balor is better now as a heel.

Better? Maybe. But he’s not crucial to the product. I’d probably keep him around honestly, but it’s not like the business is on an upswing because they’ve got him being ok.

Is pretty much what you could say about 95% of the roster. If not more than 95%.

That’s also probably true of any roster from any promotion at any point in time too.

Sure. Doesn’t make it any less true.

WWE has, for a long time, done everything possible to make WWE the biggest star. That way nobody is really vital to the show really. I think going back to when they first put the title on Lesnar in 2014, it affirmed to WWE management that even their champion was not vital to be there the majority of the time, that WWE itself is the attraction, regardless of who is on the show.
