Most likely are marketing stunt. Delaying the game to 2026 because of Silksong.

IDK - lots of other games were considering delaying their launch when they thought GTA 6 was launching this year.....

I've never heard of this game or it's predecessor, so maybe??

I've never heard of the one in the article but I have now which makes me think that.

Aeterna Noctis was excellent. Ranks very very highly on my list of modern metroidvanias. Up there with Hollow Knight, Bloodstained ROTN and the Ender series. It's top tier if you love difficult/complicated platforming challenges especially.
