I wont deny it, I love Garfield... But the movie is most likely going to suck because it's live action... If it were a cartoon, like the orignals, I'd be happy... Ill prolly still see it, but I doubt it will be good...

That movie was pretty damn good if you ask me. So you're saying like all the other Disney Movies will be all like Finding Nemo animation?

Thats about right, they'll all be digitally animated, a bit like the way Futurama was done.

Actually, Home on the Range is Disney's last traditionally animated movie

It's kind of a poor movie to end such an excellent tradition.

About Garfield, although I love the cat, I feel that its being dwarfed by the Spongebob movie phenom.

OHHHHHHHHHHH right HOTR was the last hand drawn movie they did. That did seem like a sucky movie and you're right The Garfield movie will probably be dwarfed by the Spongebob movie.

Looks slightly amusing, but that dog does not look like Odie. If they wee gonna CGI Garfield, CGI Odie.

That's exactly what I thought when I first saw the trailer. I'm a Garfield fan, but much like Scooby Doo, this is one of those things that shouldn't be live-action. Hopefully, he at least retains his sarcastic personality, because in the trailers, he just seemed a little goofy.

I think they found a good voice for him though. But, you're right they should have CGI'D Odie too. Hopefully it'll still turn out good.

Yeah, Odie dissapointed me. I really can't wait for the Spongebob movie. Yes, I admit it.

I'm only gonna go watch because it is the Garfield movie.
But i have to admit, it looks kind of shitty. CGI just doesn't work anymore.
