Heard nothing but good things. It's my favorite of the books so I hope it is good on screen. Hopefully gonna see it this week.

I actually have been considering watching them because Robbie Coltrane is in it. Probably will end up buying first two soon enough.

The book was better, the movie screwed up a few things. left a few things out... But go see it anyways! I promise it does more justice to the book than Carrie, which is by far the worst movie based on a book.

I'm reading the 5th one, and if you haven't started reading the Harry Potter books, go read them, now.

I didnt think it was horrible but I think its the worst out of the three. It just seemed like they mixed to much stuff and it was more like at the beginning they give you some storyline then some stuff happens then suddenly they throw you back into the storyline for the end of it. Just wasnt that great to me. I hope the next one is better since it my favorite book so far.

Yet to see it. Stupid Australia being behind.

I have heard some grreat things and some bad. Im planning to forget the book though. You can expect the movies to go hand in hand with the books I think. Books are wayyyyy too long.

Seen the first 2, so went and saw the 3rd on Saturday.
Very........Sleepy Hollow.
None of the innocence about the characters from the first 2 flicks, no school uniforms, hardly ever daylight, overall pretty dark and mysterious.

I also thought that the jump from children to mid-teenagers seemed to be too much - they could have done with doing it more gradually.

Overall rating......... :-\ :-\ :-\ /5

I thought the first two were boring pieces of shit. Then again I never read the books. This one looks a little cooler plus it's the same director that did Y Tu Mama Tambien.

I read the book a few years ago, and had forgotten most of it, so the plot changes didn't bother me.

I really enjoyed it. Even though Gary Oldman was criminally underused, he was still excellent as Black. Emma Thompson was hilarious, and Alan Rickman (also underused) was brilliant as always.

I'm starting to realize that Daniel Radcliffe isn't the best actor in the world, but he's doing well as Harry.

Also, Michael Gambon reminds me more of how I pictured Dumbledore while reading the books than his predecessor did. In the first two movies, Dumbledore was almost frail, so all the talk about him being the greatest wizard in the world was a little hard to swallow. Now that he has some energy and (more of) a sense of humor, I believe it.
