Rock was on WWE's Byte This! webcast today and was asked if he would be on RAW in three weeks when they are in his hometown of Miami (June 21). He stated that if he was around, he would definately be at the show. Rock also hinted that it is possible he would be at Summerslam this year.

I listened to that show and Rock didn't even know where Summerslam was being held, so that kinda tells me he wont be at the show in any wrestling capacity.
As far as a RAW show goes, that could happen at any time, just depends where he is and what he's doing.

Its interesting with Rock. I mean you know he'll never have a problem doing JOBs, but at the same time when people pay to see Rock perform I dont think they want to see him lose all the time. So its a tough balancing act, you want him to put over other guys to give them a rub, but you also dont want to piss off people who tune in specifically to see Rocky.
He is away for so long that nobody will really remember him losing.

So if he does show up for Summerslam, IYO, who will he be <s>jobbing to</s> putting over?
The only thing that could work is a feud with Orton, but that wouldn't interest me unless it was booked well a la Brock/Rock

Why do you people care about the Rock.

Orton would make sense, they could play off the heat from the Foley-Orton program. Tagging with Eugene would make some sense. Aside from that, I dont know, maybe Egde?
Over on Smackdown, Rock-Cena would be interesting, but probably bad for Cena at this point.
Why do you people care about the Rock.
Because he is extremely entertaining. Can't have too many talents like this.

Weird thing was he said he still watched smackdown and raw but didn't have a clue who most of the title holders were, "do they still have a lightweight belt" :wtf:
Also at times he sounded kinda drunk for some reason.
