Plot Summary: Holden and Banky are best friends and authors of a popular comic book called "Bluntman and Chronic" (based on Jay and Silent Bob of "Clerks" and "Mallrats" fame). Holden falls in love with Alyssa, also a comic book artist, who happens to be a lesbian. Holden's new relationship with Alyssa strains his life-long friendship with Banky, and soon the relationship between Holden and Alyssa hits a wall due to Holden not being able to deal with her past.
This movie is GREAT! One of my all-time favorites. Plus my best friend has dabbled in lesbianism and she looks and acts EXACTLY like Alyssa to the point where it is almost eerie. I really felt bad for Ben Affleck in this movie which it takes ALOT for me to do. Also, Joey Lauren Adams is amazing in this movie. Watch this and then watch Big Daddy... doesn't even seem like the same person. She's great.
