I'm using Windows 98 SE and Mozilla. Used to be that windows would pop up in the upper left corner (and be fully visible), but now they pop up in the bottom right, and you can barely see any of it.
Is there any way I can affect this?

How about you just get a pop-up blocker.

Because...I...Don't...Want...To...Get...Rid...Of...These...Pop-ups...
Otherwise...Why...Would...I...Be...Concerned...With...Whether...Or...Not...I...Could...See...Them?

Also, Firefox=no unwanted popups. :p
Are all pop ups going to the same place? Since I know some pop ups show up off the screen on purpose because it is harder to close them.

Well, an example is the TPWW pop-ups. All of them, with the exception of "view Single Post" (Which is a fullscreen pop-up) will end up in the lower right.
Also, the same happened when I tried to open my FTP service on Tripod. Bottom right corner. So I'm presuming it's not just a couple of pop-ups going "Fuck you, you can't close us!"
