I know it has something to do with burning to a CD, but I'd like a better explanation that that.

It's a CD image. Plain and simple. Enclosed are the files on the CD and how the CD should be burned. So find the right program and it should burn quite easily.

Nero I would suggest

Yes you need to burn the iso file onto a cd. use Nero. Go through the task menu untill you get a option called "burn image" then select the iso and burn!

K. Finally, I can get rid of that godawful Easy CD Creator 5 Platinum. It's legal, but it's oh, so shitty. :nono:

It's funny though, that they're making the trial version in 3 parts.

Hey, I recommend ISO buster if you need to crack iso's, or alcohol 120% to burn image files.

Try any of those. And yes Alcohol 120%( another burning program) is good to use to burn image files!

Thanks, sadio.

Now, about those .bin and .cue files :shifty: ...

It's another story for another time...

Basically you just select the .cue file instead of the .iso.

The .cue file links to the .bin file that has all the data in it.

Ughhhh, too much to take in right now. :(

When you download warez files from the internet, they USUALLY come in bin. and cue. files. the bin. file contains all the data inside, while the cue. file is just a directory to that bin. file.

Use programs like alcohol 120% (my favourite :) ) to burn the bin. file onto a virtual drive and aloha! you can play the game! :D

When dealing with that, just select the .cue file when choosing "Burn image". Make sure that the .bin file is in the same directory.
