even for sports I'm not a fan of, I always love watching the drafts for some reason. Anyone else love watching drafts?

I like the NHL draft, just because I'm one of those people that is crazy about hockey, so anything to do with hockey has me hooked.

I guess the big thing is the possibility of trades. This is more true with the NHL then any other sport.

And also, sometimes teams reveal new jerseys, so thats cool to see when it happens.

NFL and NBA draft are usually fun just cause they are in New York and the fans really get into it.

The draft tonight should be great, especially with so many guys on the block. It also looks good since there are more college guys projected to go in the lottery than the last couple of years so it won't just be drafting on potential.

Just hockey really. Knowing some background of the players is what is exciting for me.

Yea NBA, and NFL drafts. The only thing about the NFL is it takes 15 friggin minutes between each pick. Today it went down smooth and quick.

NFL Draft is INSANE. People actually have Parties for the NFL Draft. Thats how big the NFL and their draft is. Its all on "Who will take my team all the way?" Eli Manning? Robert Gallery?..... (1999) Ricky Williams or Donovan McNabb?

This year's NFL Draft was addicting. I had a paper to write that was due Monday Morning at 8:30 and I planned to write it ahead of time instead of the hours before. Well, I really couldn't and my plan didnt happen. I watched the entire draft, and wrote my paper, finishing an hour before it was due.

NBA Draft is not that good IMO. There are just so many trades. Teams dont trade picks, they make picks and then make trades.... its very odd. Plus 1st rounders are guaranteed and 2nd rounders aren't? WTF.

BUT TONIGHT!

BIG PROPS to the 76ers on getting a 2nd A.I. (I dont know how to spell it)
and
HOW ABOUT THOSE SAINT JOES HAWKS, Jameer Nelson being selected and then his bud Delonte West (who wasnt supposed to be a 1st rounder) gets selected 24th by the Boston Celtics. I go to College in Boston, so I will be excited to see Delonte vs my 76ers and Delonte vs Jameer and the Magic.

I don't know, watching drafts for more then the first 10 picks bores the sh** out of me. I can't sit there and wait for someone's name to be called for a team I don't give one sh** about. I don't follow a lot of minor league/college sports eathier.
