FF7 help

ok, I am in the Midgar sewer, after Don Corneos mansion. There is a ladder, but when I go near it and try to get up it, Aeris in in the way, and I have to talk to her, and there is no way around this. Please tell me where I have to go.

Man, its been so long.

Try talking to Wedge or whoever that other guy you're with.

Then talk with Aeris again.

Its been too long but I never got lost in the sewer so I dont really have any reocurring thoughts on it.

ffffffuck I didn't see Tifa lying there, I hooked the playstation up to the computer, and the brightness was down, screen was small, man i am dumb.
