I am in the U.K. and i for one am getting absolutely sick and tired of the amount and also the timing of the commercial breaks in RAW and SMACKDOWN.

Not only that but it seems that we just aren't getting as much action as we used to, what with reruns of storylines and "moments ago" clips.

Obviously i see RAW on a friday night and SMACKDOWN on a Saturday night both on the Sky Sports channels but it is becoming increasingly worse.

Take last night for instance "RAW - Friday 25th June" The show was on for two hours and this is how that time was divided.....

01.30 Rerun of Eric telling HHH to beat Eugene
00.30 Opening Credits
01.00 Arena shots / JR & King talking about HHH & Eugene / HBK rerun
08.00 The Rock Comes Home
12.40 Rock & Orton / Rock gets Ejected / Edge & Orton
04.30 COMMERCIAL BREAK
01.40 Eric & Security / Eric & Benoit
06.30 Trish V Vivtoria (04.30 action)
01.15 Diva Search Info. / HBK info
04.00 U.K. Tour info / Match info / HBK rerun
02.45 Eric & Regal
04.00 COMMERCIAL BREAK
01.45 Kane V Regal (00.45 action)
01.00 G.A.B. info / Kane & Regal rerun
01.00 Eric & Kane
02.00 Diva Search info
08.30 Batista & Orton V Edge & Y2J (07.00 action)
04.15 COMMERCIAL BREAK IN MIDDLE OF MATCH
07.30 Batista & Orton V Edge & Y2J (06.00 Action)
02.00 Diva search info / UK tour info
01.15 Stacy & Matt
02.00 Smackdown Rebound
01.00 HHH / Eugene / Flair
04.00 COMMERCIAL BREAK
06.15 Matt / Lita / Kane
00.30 Safety Message
01.15 Matt / Lita
02.00 Diva search info
02.15 HHH / Eugene / Flair / Batista / Orton / Eric
00.30 G.A.B. info
00.30 Match info
07.15 HHH V Eugene (04.00 action)
03.45 COMMERCIAL BREAK IN MIDDLE OF MATCH
11.15 HHH V Eugene (Then Benoit) (07.00 action)
00.35 G.A.B. INFO

That is 2 hours of a wrestling show that included:-
30 mins of actual action
1 hour of talking
20 mins of Commercial Breaks (2 in middle of matches)
10 mins of reruns and messages.

I know this Thread is a little long winded but as i said - i really am beginning to get p!$$ed off with this.

Anyone else feel the same??

It's pretty much like that, but instead of the safety messages, UK stuff and wrestler hype videos, they have ads.

Hence why there are so many breaks in our version.

yeah i know what you mean, and come on, after losing big stars like the rock, stone cold, kurt angle(to an extent) and Brock Lesnar, a guy they spent two years building up for nothing. I'm not too suprised with them trying all of this new stuff, they're just trying to get their shit together.

But I still dont like it.

<font color=cyan>Hey, remember years ago when the New Midnight Express (or it might have been the new Rock And Roll Express, I don't recall) came to the WWF (as it was known then) because Jim Cornet was complaining about how we didn't see wrestling because of all the drama and showmanship? And remember how they lost the NWA tag team titles to The Headbangers? And also remember how they got NO FREAKING HEAT from the fans?
My point is as cool as it would be to see more wrestling, the fans aren't into that. I want a reason for John Cena to be forced into his fatal four way match. I want a reason to cheer Eddie on aside from I don't like Bradshaw. I want a reason to love Eugene.
More wrestling wouldn't be cool in my book. I can't tell you how much I enjoyed The Rock's promo. I believe this was one may have been one of his best (yet nothing will top "Oh dear God... My name's Billy...") , needless to say I laughed my ass off at Kane/Lita/Matt while my little sister got wraped up in it and damn near cried.
Now would seeing Matt Hardy VS Kane really mean anything if there wasn't a reason to cheer on one of them (if I had to cheer, I'd say "GO KANE!") or a reason to laugh?
Yeah, I'm rambling right now, I know it, so I'll cut.
