So now that I have finished college I have alot of spare time on my hands, and have decided to restart my days of playing games for hours on end. Problem is, I'm bored with the games I currently own and want something new.

Was thinking of starting with Driv3r, but the bad reviews have put me off, even though user reviews seem to be quite high.

Any help guys?

rise of Nations is a game where you build up a country and get into wars and crap. It's strategic and rather cool.

Rise Of Nations was pretty cool a year ago.

Manhunt for PS2....unfortunately the replay value isn't too great. I'd say Rent it just for the experience of playing it.

You want an awesome underrated game for PSX?

Get Brave Fencer Musashi.

I remember playing that game WAY BACK. It was so awesome. I need to find it somewhere and buy it again.

Dynsaty Warriors 4. Or go for the newest agme in that franchise: Samuri Warriors. It's realyl fun, and you fight like 100 guys at once. Sometimes more.

One of the better games that never gets any recognition is Okage: Shadow King. It's an early PS2 RPG that has a really unique feel to it, it's kinda like a Final Fantasy game that was directed by Tim Burton. :D The storyline is something like your shadow gets possesed, & now you're stuck walking around with a smart-aleck demon following you lol. You have to go on a quest to exorcise it, so naturally the demon gives you cool powers to kill monsters with. The game is kinda fuzzy to me, It's been so long since I played it...

EDIT I almost forgot, one of the best things about it is that it's about 2 years old, so you can get the game at someplace like gamestop for less than 15$

what type of games do you like?

Star Wars: Knight of the Old Republic is a pretty damn good game, and has awsome replay value

Final Fantasy 11. Sure, it's an import but it's worth it to eat up all your time

Definitely not Rise of Nations. I got a burned copy from my friend and it is pretty much an exact copy of Age of Empires, but a little better. You will play it obsessively when you first get it, and then never play it again after a few days.

I'd suggest Civilization 3.
