Need help with a missing DLL

Every now and then I get errors like "This application has failed to start because framedyn.dll was not found". or "____ could not install because 'framedyn.dll' could is missing".

So what is this framedyn.dll, why could it be missing and how do I get it back?

BTW, I'm running Windows XP Pro.

who knows to be honest. Probably in the folder labelled system or system 32( these 2 folders are in the c:\windows directory i think, dunno cause i don't use windows xp). Sounds like a system dll to me!

By searching it shows up in the following location:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\wbem
