Smackdown gave a big F-U to all the internet critics for trying to tell them how to run their business.
JBL is now champion,he's not an awesome athlete but he is a guy that the fans will hate. The internet is the real reason why JBL is champion. The internet made a big deal about CNBC,Nazi-salute,his title push, his WWE.com columns(which is written by WWE writers).Vince loves controversy, thank you Internet.
Who is Raw champion? That Benoit guy,Bradshaw would destroy his candy ass.
The new plan is to have Eddie and Taker both challenge for the title.BUSINESS HAS PICK UP FOLKS!!!!
This Bradshaw,Taker and Eddie feud will be interesting.
Cena and Angle feud will continue.
Rey and Chavo feud ended with a great match.(I hope we see a Haas and Chavo feud next).Rey and Nunzio should feud for the CW title.
Dudleyz need new challengers. This might be the beginning of the internet favorite Paul London push. I remember reading reports months ago that WWE is planning to push the team of Kidman and London.
SMACKDOWN HAS SHOCK THE WORLD
I'm definitely paying attention to Smackdown.
I hope Raw do something surprising.Putting the World title on Jericho or Edge or Kane will be something shocking.HHH will probably win his title back.
I have not watch a full episode of Raw without turning the channel since Foley was there.I don't know why the internet love Raw so much, the show is so predictable.

I 100% agree with you on this statement. I was thinking this last night when I found out JBL won the title. The WWE probably just wanted to show everyone that "look at us now, the INTERNET bashes this guy all the time, CNBC fires this guy and now he's OUR CHAMPION" I swear it's just Vince's way of giving everyone a big FU.

Vince keeping JBL EMPLOYED is a big F-U. Cena's finisher is a big F-U. John Bradshaw Layfield winning the WWE title is just insulting. If I wasn't such a hardcore wrestling fan, I wouldn't tune in Smackdown until JBL loses the belt.

Now the fans get to give Vince a big FU by turning off SD.
Actually, I'm not so upset about the switch. Yeah Bradshaw sucks, but they are trying to capitalize on his publicity. I see the point. do I think it will work? Hell no, but stranger things have happened.

JBL = WWE Champion
I like that.
Sooooo... If internet fans start to say bad things about, lets say Cruiserweights, we're going to get more Cruiserweight matches!?

^ Hm... it's worth a try. Even if it backfires, it can't get much worse than it has... :shifty:

I expect JBL'S title reign about as long as Jacquelyn's title reign. I don't know he could impress us you guys. I mean he might shock us all. His promos have been real great and I just think the guy at least deserves 2-3 weeks to see if it works for him.

At least they did something different. I'm kind of insulted that this a$$hole was handed the belt after all the crap he's done. But like somebody said Vince loves it when somebody gets press, whether it's for soemthing they did that was good OR bad. Vince loves to stick it to the fans as well. Eventually something's going to backfire in a huge way. Sadly I don't think this will ebcause Smackdown! is in bad enough shape right now. I didn't order GAB and I was shcoked that the WWE championship wasn't even the main event! On wwe.com there was just a big obnoxious picture of Paul Bearer, and a WWE title change, which hasn't happened on Smackdown since February, was reduced to a mere sentence.
Oh well, I hadn't been watching SD anyway. I can only imagine how good Smackdown! could be. They have the talent (Booker T, Cena, RVD, Renee Dupree), yet NONE of them are in the main event picture. And we're forced to watch BRADSHAW has champion... Well not really forced, I ain't watching. I'll read the spoilers.
Enough of this "he's not ready" crap. Give John Cena the title. Clearly the most popular character on Smackdown.

It's funny how Vince says that the WWE listens to it's fans on a nightly basis.
I'll say this again - biting off your nose to spite your face.

I think it's pretty cool JBL is the Champion. He probably won't hold it for long, so they've just solidifyed one guy in WWE history for what's happened recently. Maybe a Billy Gunn or Hardcore Holly reign isn't impossible?

JBL's promos are getting stale already from what i saw last week on smackdown, he bored the fuck out of me.
Seriously. If Vince wants to give us a big F-U i say we give him one back by not watching his show, seems the right thing to do.I seriously don't know if i can watch smackdown anymore, Cena wont seem to loose his title to Dupree(who is being under used in my view, and im a cena fan by the way), Taker 'just killed Paul Bearer' so are we suppossed to hate or like him?Too confusing for my liking as i thought 'the right thing' was to let the dudleyz win and save Paul Bearer. And now weve got JBL as champ, just as i thought smackdown was the better show, one PPV has completly turned it around in the wrong direction.
