HHH/NWO Storyline

Hey remember when the NWO (Nash, HBK, X-pac, Show) were in the WWE and HBK told HHH to join them or else. Then Nash got injured and they had to scrap the storyline. What was suppossed to happen with that? Was HHH going to go against them?

I don't know exactly what happend. But I know after the scraped the storyline (thank god) HHH became a free agent and both Raw (Eric Bischoff) and Smackdown (Stephanie McMahon) were fighting for his services. Raw won Trips because of HBK's influence

No, not afterwards. I know what happened afterwards. What WOULD OF happened if the NWO storyline was not scapped and Nash didn't get injured? Rob or CyNick would know this.

I cant recall with 100% certainty.

However, I'm pretty sure they planned on doing HBK vs HHH at Summerslam in 02 regardless.

So I think the plan might have been to have HBK recruit HHH for the NWO, and then it would be revealed that HHH was in cohoots with Nash and co, and they would then kick HBK out and that would set up HBK vs HHH and the NWO.

Dont quote me on that, but I'm pretty sure thats where they were going.

Thanks CyNick. That would of been pretty cool and I would of liked the whole HHH/HBK deal more if the NWO was involved. Dam, now I kind of wish Nash didn't get hurt. But, I know the rest of you don't. :p

I wished that they would of acutually gave the NWO an ending, Like have Vince come out and say he is fed up with the NWO and if they don't win this next match It'll be the final nail in the coffin. Have X-pac come out and lose to some one (Stone cold maybe?). Vince would then kick X-pac out of the building. Because you shouldn't get rid of a stable after They cleanly win a match.
(I believe X-pac was the last member left right?)
