In a post last week The CyNick mentioned that Matt Hardy will never get a serious push from Vince because of what was said in the Hardys book, Exist to Inspire.
Having just read the book, I didn't think there was that much in it that would've offended Vince McMahon or done anything to harm the reputation of the WWE.
Can anyone shed any light on this, or give me some info on the WWE Reaction to the book?

Thankfully more Matt than Jeff!
*shudders at the thought of a book full of Jeff Hardy poetry*

Was it not written by the WWE in the first place?

Was it not written by the WWE in the first place?
If it was, then it was written totally differently from 'The Stone Cold Politically Correct & Definitively Innofensive Truth'
I think that WWE promoted it, but it wasn't released by them.
Could be wrong though?

The answer is simple: CyNick is always wrong. :shifty:
I don't remember much about it that was damaging to WWE.

Sent a PM to The CyNick asking the guru to spread some light on this.

*bump*
because the Hardy book reference was made once again by Foley... when he commented on Flair's book and backlashing saying things may have been cut out because of the hardy's book.

I've never read the book, but from what I understand, they spoke out on the fact that the booking in WWE basically sucks, and that they won their belts with little to no build-up at all, and then lost them in a short time period.
I guess that they basically kinda said that the people in charge had no idea what they were doing, and that they were being lazy - and not using anyone correctly unless they were 'in' with them.
Leave it to Vince to crack down on <s>internet fans</s> his own workers for criticizing him and the writers.

ah right
It was more down the lines of burying guys still in the WWE locker room. I remember they were not exactly kind to Bradshaw and Brock Lesnar.

Both of which being examples of what Matt reportedly was talking about...
