They were awesome.
Hirata Muse was the opening act, and they weren't that good... Couldn't really understand the lyrics either. The Waking Eyes were good though, catchy. Did a cover of the Beatles, don't recall the name of it.
Finger Eleven were great, really enthusiastic band. They started with Stay In Shadow, and ended with One Thing followed by Good Times. They put on an excellent preformance in front of afew thousand people.
Disadvantages: We had to stand on cement floors, which was a strain on my lower back. I had to sit on the floor a few times because of the pain (I got bad back problems) But it was worth it. Also, the line to use the washroom was long. It took about 3 minutes before I could get in a cubicle. I went deaf in the pavillion(where they played) I'm only now regaining my hearing.
Overall it was great, biggest concert I've been to... which isn't saying much. Only concert's I've really been to were local. Another thing that bothered me was the fact that they didn't play their best song, Suffocate, I really wanted to hear it live. Oh well, they didn't play First time, Bones and Joints, Awake and Dreaming, Sick of it All or Famous. I was surprized that they didn't play some of their most popular songs.
Biggest band to come to my city probably in the past 10 years.
