With Vengeance taking place this Sunday, you would expect that tomorrow’s Byte This would be loaded with Raw superstars to push the show. At this point in time, you would be wrong. WWE has announced that Eric Bischoff and John Bradshaw Layfield are scheduled to be this week’s guests. Hopefully they have some surprise call-ins planned.
Jeff Sheridan sent word that Ric Flair's upcoming appearance on TSN's Off The Record has been rescheduled for 7/27. Also, at the end of last night's Best Dam Sports Show Period on FSN, they mentioned that Hulk Hogan would be on the show this Friday.
Speaking of Flair, Chris Murray sent word that he will be the guest on Orlando, FL’s “Between The Ropes” radio show tonight at 10 p.m.
Wes Kinley sent this. … I attended the Fozzy concert Monday night at Cowboys nightclub in Winnipeg after the Raw. The crowd seemed like a mix of metal fans and wrestling fans, but regardless, we were treated to a very entertaining, high-energy show. Chris Jericho was tremendous, especially here in front of hometown fans, whom he said were the world's best wrestling fans and the world's best Fozzy fans. The band played mostly original stuff, although they thru in an AC/DC tune and a Motley Crue tune. They ended the night with "Don't You Wish You Were Me" from the Originals CD. The only wrestler in attendance that I saw was Edge, who entered the bar thru the crowd and hung out just off stage for the rest of the show. Very entertaining night.
