Okay so Randy Orton is the self proclaimed " Legend Killer " well let me give you a thought and you tell me if you think it would be interesting for a storyline...

Okay Orton and Rock just wrestled at Raw's next ppv, Orton gets the win and again kills another " Legend " so the next night on Raw Orton is in the ring solo listing off all the Legends he has killed off when all of a sudden Ortons father " Cowboy " Bob Orton comes out from behind the curtin and down into the ring... Bob gets on the ring and starts to lecture Mr. RKO himself.. so Bob's going on and on saying.. " Randy I thought I taught you better then this? when you were growing up you idolized these guys and now your killing them off? What happend?" so RKO starts to think about what his father just said and then looks like he's going to head back to the locker room with his head hanging low, when all of a sudden he nails his father with a RKO, Yet again killing off another Legend...

Okay he would get major heat for this... would you like to see this or not?

Orton has no right to beat the Rock yet. He shouldnt have even beaten Foley. I will NOT buy an RKO pin to the Rock. The Rock already jobbed to help Lesnar out, he needs to crush Orton. All theyve had this guy do is lose just because hes not full time anymore... pure bullshit.

yeah i know, he should be beating the guys who work their asses off all year, i mean, like shit, this is a travisty of justice, Rock needs to beat everyone, it must be so hard for him to show up for 3 weeks in march, and for 5 random appearances during the rest of the year, he really should just beat everyone, the guys who work all year deserve nothing, they are the rock's bitch

Why in the world would you put someone (who doesn't need a rub) over when they'll be gone the next week? Rock is over as hell every time he comes back, who cares if he jobs, he doesn't. Randy needs the rub, Rock will job, why not let him.

That's part of TNA's problem, they bring guys in who are going over to Japan for a month, and have them go over someone who will be at TNA. It's stupid, you put over who's going to be there first.

I wouldn't mind Rock jobbing to Orton if it wasn't for the fact that The Rock has done nothing but job most of his career. The guy has a great gift to be over no matter how much he loses, yes. It just chaps my ass though. :n:

Pretty good idea...It would cement Randy as a cocky young heel who will do anything to preserve his status as a Legend Killer...:y:

HAHAHA thats the funniest shit ive ever heard.Orton paid his dues.and if u dont believe his street fight with foley and all the sick bumps he took is proof of that. The Rock is a sell out in my eyes and id be dissapointed if he did anything other than put over the young guys

I like the idea, it would really speak volumes in Orton's character.

Bob Orton Jr was recently at a "legends of wrestling" autographing session here in the area. I went, hoping that this being Randy's home town, that the legend killer would make an appearance and hype the WWE some, but he didn't. I still got some good autographs though.

Oh, and any angle that involves a wrestler's dad makes me want to eat my own fecal matter right now, so I'm going to have to decline on watching Randy RKO his dad.

1: Because I don't want to eat my own poop
2: Because they'll write in some crap at the next PPV about Cowboy Bob smashing so and so over the head with a chair, helping his son win, and the next thing we know we have Cowboy Bob Classic winning the Women's title and I'm eating more poop.
3: Because angles like this one make baby Jesus cry.

Anyone who says Rock shouldn't JOB to Orton doesn't understand how wrestling works.

Yes, Orton should definately beat Rock, hopefully at Summerslam if Rock has the time open. If not, down the road at some point.

As for the involvement of Cowboy Bob, its an interesting idea that Ive heard kicked around before. I wouldn't do it after Orton beat Rock, because I dont see why Cowboy Bob would be mad at his son for beating The Rock.

However, perhaps if Orton were to humiliate an older legend like Harley Race for example or even Flair (say as part of the Evolution split) then perhaps you could bust out Cowboy Bob to scold Orton for humiliating a legend the stature of Flair. Then Orton could act all ashamed and BAM RKO to his Dad.

That would be a great way to keep him heel if the fans start to turn him face, which is already happening at many house shows. Although, who knows, maybe the fans will love him for RKOing his pops.

But yeah its a good idea.

Ecko and CyNick I agree with what you guys said, and it helped me come up with a scenario.

I'd like to see Orton go over The Rock at Survivor Series.

Hypothetically, Orton and The Rock begin to feud immediately after Summerslam. Orton cuts a "killer" promo, and The Rock interrupts, having had it with Orton's boasting for the past year, and they have numerous mic segments wherethey each trade insults to better their own charisma.

On an episode of RAW The Rock picks up a victory against Orton in a tag team match. Thus giving The Rock momentum going into their Survivor Series match.

To make matters worse, Bob Orton Jr. interrupts another one of Orton's "killer" promos and tells him how disgusted he is with Randy's attitude. Bob tries to humilate him, but he is met with an RKO by his own son. Randy picks up a ton of heat, and Bob decides that he's going to be in The Rock's corner at their match at Survivor Series; giving The Rock even more momentum.

At Survivor Series, Orton and The Rock wrestle a 20-30 minute match, both superstars gaining an advantage on each other throughout the match. Randy scores a final RKO on The Rock to put him down for the count. Bob tries to get revenge but he is quickly taken out of action (perhaps by fellow legend Ric Flair  ).

Orton adds a huge name to the list of legends killed, and gets a lot of heat back.
