WTF why do they have some of the same people from I love the 80's.

That one guy, Ian I think it is, is on like every VH1 special.

Including "Best Week Ever"

lol. They had some thing on the star network about 101 reasons why the 90s ruled. Very interesting to say the least :)

I like Michael Ian Black and Hal Sparks on the I love the ??? shows. They always bring forth a little comedy into the show. Hal brings it alot funnier but it is still comedy all the same.

I havnt seen 90-91 yet but I did catch the end of 92 and all of 93 tonight. I have always been a fan of these shows and now its just weird because Im starting to recognize this stuff and say yea that was big and think just why did stuff like that go away.

After watching tonight I also wonder Why they havnt put the Original seasons of the Power Rangers out on DVD yet.

They didn't do a lot of stuff that I thought they would do...

I didn't see anything about Home Alone Terminator 2, which were both two of the biggest movies of the early 90's.

And they haven't done any Beavis and Butthead or Simpsons yet, two shows that they need to have on the show.

Other than that, I think they've done a pretty good job.

He is the funniest guy on it. The Pets.com puppet was a bad move for him but he is hilarious on the VH1 shows.

Michael Ian Black was the man on Celebrity Poker.

I think Michael Ian Black is stupid, but meh. I deal.

Trey Parker doing Eddie Vetter impressions was classic. One of my idols bashing another one of my idols.

Do you guys actually watch that crap. VH1 is like the most unfunny thing of all time. If I ever want to hear gay guys and b-actors talk about 80's fashion I know where to look.

I watched 91-93 yesterday, and I'm watching 90 right now... I like it... I dont recognize much yet (I prolly will around 94-96), but I find it fun and funny...

Where the FUCK is Waldo!? :wtf:

Rachael Harris is another one thats on at least one VH1 show almost every single day. Though I think it's pretty funny when they have people that were famous in the 90's that havent done anything since come on and remembered that they were famous.

I watched some of it last night, and they showed that OJ Simpson thing where the cops were chasing him...and something came to mind...that is the same footage that WWE (WWF back then) showed at Wrestlemania 12 when Roddy Piper flew after Goldust in his jeep in the Hollywood Backlot Brawl....or is it?

I dont remember it exactly, but I'm pretty sure it was a take off of it, not the actual footage......

They covered the book in the 90s... (I think 92 or 93)

Well, you could be right.

I just remember being really young and having the books.

So I figured late 80's.

I saw one the other day where Michael Ian Black was bitching that he's always stuck on the "I love the ....." shows. It was pretty funny since thats all Ive ever seen him on.

I started to watch it, but that god damn dancing baby made me take my TV outside, bury it halfways into the ground, fire several shotgun shells into it, and finally run over the sumbitch with my lawnmower, screaming all sorts of pro-abortion retoric while I was doing it.

(I hate the dancing baby.)

They should have waited 2 more years to do this 98 and 99 were about 4 years ago.

Yeah, that dancing baby should be shot in the knees, then get shoved under a sewing machine for his arms tied to his knees then kick his ass for 2 hours then he should be killed in some creative way.

I dont really like the people who are explaining what the 90's are. These celebrities here are acting so tough on TV saying that they werent afraid when this happened. Like on 1999, the year 2000, you know what the talk was about, and I saw this guy explaining what he thought, he knew nothing was going to happen. I think thats BS, I think that he was as afraid as everyone else.

And that girl, I believe her name is Lisa Lonnie or something, but she looks like Missy Elliot, shes black, big eyes, all that. When they made fun of Ti-Bo, or however you spell it, she just totally trashed it. Shouldent she be praising it? I mean shes freaking overweight. And in the early 1990's she trashed grunge, saying something like "Thank god for ______ and ____ or we would have been stuck with Grunge". She can go to hell for that. Bitch. I just dont like how celebrities act all tough on TV, you know?

And that baseball player who didnt like foreign people, he said "How did they get in this country?" or something like that, and this celebrity guy said "He should be stuck on a train with a bunch of foreign people and they can kick his ass". Why with a bunch of foreign people? Why dont they send him on a train with one foreign guy, is he afraid on what'll happen?

I wasn't afraid at the year 2000. Know why? If God wanted to end the world on the Millennium, he'd wait a year when it actually was the fucking Millennium. The whole Y2K bug thing was blown way out of proportiong. I know it now, and I knew it in 1999.

Agreed.

VH1 has turned into MTV in the following sense-

Where are the music videos? :wtf: I know MTV now puts 'music videos' on MTV, but what about VH1?

Heck, do they still even show music video's? Everytime I tune in, there is some TV special discussing celebrity wealth, analzing past trends, or I Love the 70's/80's/90's re-runs.
