OK, this is just like the WWF one. This is going to be a tough one.

Raven definitely :y:

I voted for Austin. Obviously, looking at what the WWF did with him, WCW could have done the same thing. He was a cocky heel, had decent mic skills and had a good look for a heel.

Eddie Guerrero. Any bastard cruel enough to drive his own nephew insane gets my vote.

Jericho. How is there even another choice?

Loose Cannon

Kanyon, never got the main event push he deserved despite sometimes being the best part of the show.

*Kanyon Cutters Loose Cannon, does the self high five, runs off screen*

To elaborate: I said Jericho because IMO he got the most heat possible out of an extremely mediocre push. He made himself known despite very little managerial backing, to the point where the Raw audience completely lost it when he strolled onto the show.

The greatest WCW midcard Heel In my opinion is none other than, Chris Jericho. He did some pretty funny stuff, but always got boo'ed. I loved his fued with Goldberg, that was priceless.

I can't vote.

It's either Chris Jericho (see Hired Hitman's response) or Raven.

What was great was when the two feuded. The apex of Raven's gimmick game to life in WCW...and it sucked that he never got out of the midcard.

Tully Blanchard.

Damn, that's a tough choice. But since I started watching WCW because of Jericho, I'm giving it to him.

That's a tough one...but I'll have to go with Lance Storm because he owned all when he had 3 titles.

^^I got that promo when he was handing the titles to Team Canada. That shit was GOLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jericho. He got himself so amazingly over without WCW doing a thing to help him. He was awesome in every way.

...

Jericho was too babyish and soft and humourous to be taken as a serious badass.

Brian Pillman is the epitome of that word. There is no doubt in my mind he's a much better heel than Jericho. And I'm a jericho fan to boot.

I'd also place anderson above him, and austin, and maybe Raven.

Not to be a dick, but how is DDP a midcard? He held the World Title 3 times, the US Title a handful...

Anyway I voted Tully just becuase the man captivated my imagination as a child and was one of the four (:shifty: ) reasons I watched WCW in the early days.

Jericho came is close second just because he was gold and will always be aces in my book....plus Ruffus always makes people better :D

lol, yeah. WTF? WOW, when I first started entering names, DDP went through my mind and I said "no, he's held the World Title."

Then I guess at the end, I couldn't think of another guy and I was like "Oh, DDP," totally fogetting he's main evented. My apoligies.

Wow, Jericho over Blanchard by that much boggles my mind. Ask a lot of old school wrestling fans and they will say Blanchard was one of the top three heels of all-time. He was just a prick. He would of been my choice if Pillman wasn't up there.

Thats a hard one. Jericho, Raven, Eddie, Hall and Sullivan were all bastard heels that would make your grandma shout at the tv.

I am starting to think that me and KingofOldSchool are the only ones who even watched WCW or NWA before 1996...seriously no one seems to know squat about NWA in the 80s and WCW in the early 90s.

Tully Blanchard owns Midcard Heels.

Ahh but LC you said WCW, Blanchard was much more NWA then WCW.

No Blanchard was on alot of WCW TV...

Lara Emily

No Blanchard was on alot of WCW TV...Oh ok, I haven't had much of a chance to see full shows and TV shows from late NWA, early WCW. I only have matches here and there and not many of Tully. Though to be fair his hayday was NWA.

Also he himself said in an interview on Between the Ropes a few months back that he hasn't been on TV since 89 and I should note I looked up old WCW PPV results and he had one appearance on a WCW PPV that being in 1994.

Yeah, Blanchard was mostly NWA.

Yeah, Blanchard was mostly NWA.
Hence why I voted Jericho :D. Because NWA and WCW are not the same federation.

KingofOldSchool

Actually you're wrong.

See WCW, before Turner bought the company from Crockett, was apart of the NWA. And the television shows the NWA would run was called "World Championship Wrestling" therefor Tully Blanchard can be considered apart of WCW.
