I was just watching ESPN, and on the news scroll at the bottom, it was stated that ESPN's John Clayton reports that Brock Lesnar has signed a deal with the Minnesota Vikings. I'm still trying to find more info.

He's gonna wonder why they didn't give him a Superbowl ring when the Vikings blow a late season lead to the Packers and drop out of the playoffs entirely.

He's also gonna kill all his teammates when he sees them checking fantasy football stats.

I just saw this on thescore.ca also, and its a surprise to me. This still doesn't mean that Lesnar will start, so I guess we will have to wait and see. He's going to have to work hard to make the cut, so good luck to him.

I wasn't really that keen on him coming back. If he wasn't passionate about the business then he shouldn't be getting chances ahead of the guys that do love the business.

Big props to him. This is a pretty big accomplishment.

I'm all for people being happy and not needing Vince to make them money. Although ironically this is a great thing for the WWE.

He wasn't happy in wrestling, now he gets to do something he likes, so good for him.

I still think it would be close to a miracle for him to get a starting gig, so I still think he'll be back at some point, but obviously not anytime in the next year or so.

I'd mark out if, during some tackle, and manages to get the opponent on his shoulders (say because the guy tried to jump over him) and then out of instinct, gives the guy an F-5.

That'd be the funniest thing ever, though I'd settle for a spinebuster on the field.

But whos to say he won't get a starting gig in the next couple of seasons? This is just his foot in the door. The stories are he did all the drills well but he can't even grasp basic football skills. Hell even I can throw a ball 40 yards plus and run basic game plans and that was 13 years ago!

I wonder how Brock will react when he sees the QB stick his hands underneath the centers ass...

Lesnar: "HOMOS!" *F-5* *gets tossed out of the game*

Apparently he can't grasp that.

Fanball.com says that he'll probably land on the practice team due to his lack of experience. Minnesota isn't a bad team so I'm sure they wouldn't put Brock in unless it was really necessary.

I was going to say at best he plays on the practice squad this year, and probably the next 2 on top of that. A few years before he even cracks the depth chart.

Actually, i think he will be used only for tackling drills.

Anyway, I agree with Gonzo. But how in the hell are you going to sign a guy who can't even grasp basic football concepts to a good NFL team? :wtf: :nono:

I wonder how Lesnar will react to the stereotypical "intiations."

I want to see Chris Hovan put some gay porn in Lesnar's locker and see what happens.
