Hey yo
First off, my apologies for not writing Wednesday Warfare. I live in a house with some foreign students I don't talk to, I was aware that the internet connection would expire, but I didn't know when. I also believed that I would simply be able to say "I'd like to become a customer, so sign me up for a 12 month contract and reactivate the modem" however NTL claim they cannot do this, and instead I had to wait a week for a new modem to be installed. Which was yesterday night. So I come home after an 11 hour shift and can't wait to get online, try to install the modem....it won't work. So I have to phone technical support.
"All of our operaters are curently busy, please call back soon. Our lines are open from eight am till midnight"
This was at 23:45. And sure enough, their lines remained busy until midnight, when they closed. I would of simply walked to uni and used their computers (The information center is still open during the summer) except work have had me working every day for the past week. So I have not been able to get on.
Which brings me on to the current state of affairs. Several people have started a new company based around Loose Cannon and The Naitch and a clique which centers around them, as a replacement for TPWWE. I expected someone would take over in my absenense and thought it may be in this form.
I would like now to announce the pernament closing of the past 3 and a half years of (on and off) history of TPWWE. My heart is not in it anymore. I found match writing such a bore, so much more than before. I've never been much of a booker either, that was Mr Marcus's job. Mr Marcus has once again vanished, my assumption that he has been called back up and posted somewhere again. I cannot run TPWWE on my own, nor do I want to try. Mr Marcus is a hell of an e-fed runner. He is clever and original, but not reliable, but I would like to thank him for letting me help in the running of what was originally his project and hope that I have been of some use.
I am not retiring from e-fedding. I still enjoy roleplaying. I will not be joining TNA however, as there are many people in there who do not know their arse from their elbow when it comes to efeds. There are some hugely talented people in that fed. Nowhere Man and MVP were two I had such high hopes for and I strongly suggest that they look for other efeds as well as TNA.
I am sorry I could not give everyone on the roster the booking they deserved. And although many people will not care, it really does sadden me to retire from the booking scene, but I know it is for the best.
