Heyman... everytime you post you amaze me more and more.. you are the man... and yeah Orton shouldnt turn face until he wins the World Title and HHH starts to get pissy with him... because then Orton can say.. " you know what Hunter... i've played second best to you and Flair for all this time.. You had countless times to win back this title... my title from Benoit, but every chance you had you let it slip.. and you know what Hunter.. you have how many shots to win it and lost? well Hunter.. i just had one shot and i took it.." then he walks away.. as hunter starts to have smoke come out his ears...

JEsus, Heyman, this is lame.

I'd expect this from the usual wrestling forum spazzes, but not you. :meh:

Orton, HBK, and Lara Emily (or Chyna) can become the new DX. They can feud with Evolution/

If Orton turned face, he'd lose his whole gimmick.

He doesn't have to be a complete babyface. He could oppose evolution simply because he wants to kill the "Legends" Triple H and Ric Flair.

But what afterwards?

He'd just be a tweener then.

Not necessarily. This worked for Shawn Michaels in 1995/6 after Sid turned on him on RAW. He behaved the same way, but because he was now against Sid (and Diesel had saved him), he was a face. He even said in "interviews" that he didn't care if the fans liked him or not, he was just doing what he'd always done and if they liked him, so be it. It wasn't until after his return from "post-concussion syndrome" that he started playing the fan-pandering face.

I think eventually it might come down to him just defying HHH. He fights him and instead of laying down for him after Orton wins the title he fights him. Then gradually the crowd will see that Orton is following HHH and that would cause them to cheer for him. Its basically that simple. And it probably will happen. But I think he is better off as a heel. Its hard to choose whether you want Orton or HHH to turn face because they both make such good heels.

Evolve his character, some.
