And if you need a spoiler alert for this, you're a really...REALLY stupid fuck.
Here's the deal. Take your top 5 moments from wrestling this week. You can do 5 for each show, 5 total, whatever.
For me:
5) Teddy Long--I'm Black?
One of the funniest moments this week was when Angle tried to tell Theodore Long he was the first black GM. Thursday night, Theodore Long made me feel a lot less concerned about his character as GM.
4) Benoit is STILL CHAMPION!
Even though I was less than impressed by the match itself, each show that passes without Triple H as champion is an orgasm.
3) Booker gets the gold.
This guy's been deserving it for a long time. His heel gimmick is working out pretty well. Too bad he's not in his prime anymore, but better late...
2) Latino Heeeeeat!
He lies, he cheats, he steals, and his playful antics on Smackdown was a little long, but it was still a solid way to work up a prgram with Angle IMO.
1) Paul London? Wasn't he spanky's partner?
the current tag team chanmps are REALLY shining. Simply awesome.

Can't argue with those, but I'd probably transpose the position of Benoit's defense with London/Kidman's performances.
Teddy Long's first night as GM was great. A perfect role for him since apparently he isn't Jindrak's (deathly-needed) manager anymore.
Booker's heel run is cool. Though, I think Dupree is best suited for holding the US Title belt... one can't argue with the possible feuds he's going to get into with RVD, Suzuki, and Cena though...

I can't really put Benoit's defense that high on the list. I was let down byit overall, especially that ending.

I missed Smackdown because of studying for a Psyc Test. I'm kind of pissed cause it seemed like a great show. Anyway, I can only list 3 moments since I only saw Raw
3) Benoit Retaining
2) Eugene Run In: That had me marking out big time. Loved the Stunner
1) Orton wins Royal: Oh yeah, Main Eventing baby.

5) Kidman/ London vs The Dudleyz
I had some friends over playing cards while I was watching this, and almost every response to one of Londons moves was "Holy Shit". Even the crowd was into it big, and Kidman/London's characters have barely been built at all. Those reactions are what the WWE needs.
4) Teddy Long is the NEW GM
This was great. Long is finally getting his chance to put his mic skillz to work, and everyone seems pretty happy with it.
3) 60 Minute Iron Man Match
I took a 15 minute break about halfway through, but I was hooked at the end. That final point could have gone any which way. Unfortunatly, it occured due to Eugene interference, which is why this one's not higher up.
2) Announcement of Angle's return to in-ring action next week
'Nuff said.
1.) 8 man elimination match for the U.S. Championship
Nobody should be complaining about this match. It was great, and it helped everybody out, with the possible exception of Charlie Haas. But hey, seven out of eight isn't bad, right? Anyhow, I loved the finish, and as KK said, the Book man got the win he deserved.

I haven't seen Smackers yet, but I'll go out on a limb and say (it was pretty good):
1. Kidman/London
I'm loving this. I was hoping that The Shooting Stars would go over cleanly on SD!, and have the commentators discuss how The Dudleyz are possibly the greatest tag team of all time, then have Kidman and London turn out "too good" for the Dudleyz. :y:
2. Eugene's Return
Just when people where getting bored of Eugene, he comes back and does a Stone Cold. If they put him over Triple H at Summerslam cleanly, I see only good things for Nicky D.
3. Batista's "Evolution"
Last week it started, but now it's actually becomming more obvious. At first Batista was just the "Rodney Mack" of Evolution. The big guy, that was below Orton, Triple H and Flair on the title chain. Now he's becomming more prominant, and more of a weapon in Evolution's barracks. "Give me a title match or I'll set Batista on you." kind of thing. He's gaining credibility quickly.
4. Good Jericho Feeling
I felt a really good feeling when I saw Jericho put up a great fight on RAW (before getting eliminated by Orton). He really put on a great show, and I see big matches in the future for Jericho in the future.
5. The Old Rhyno/Super Rosey
I was really hoping Rhyno would go Gore crazy and bless us with Goregasms. We sort of saw that, with Rhyno being one of the last guys left. He's becomming more of a feature of RAW now. I also love the way Rosey got a MASSIVE pop when he eliminated Tomko and Mack. :y:

... It's funny, but WWE probably had their best week of wrestling in some time on the major shows, and they only had five matches between them. :-\
5. Spike wins Cruiserweight Championship, that was totally unexpected!
4. Benoit Retains
3. Eugene pays Triple h back in spades
2. Randy wins the battle royal
1. RKO TO JERICHO
In no order
5)The US Title match
4)Kidman and London are still champions
3)Benoit still champion
2)Orton wins Battle Royal
1)Eugene interference. I laughed quite a bit when he stunned Flair and a Rock Bottom on HHH

Top 5 Moments in Wrestling this Week
5. Kazarian v. Michael Shane v. AJ Styles
It was the first ever Ultimate X match that I have ever seen, and got was it worth my ten dollars. That Styles Clash from the wires was great, not to mention Kazarians's dropkick on Styles, that was pretty cool. I also liked the idea of Co-Champions. If the make this a deal where Kazarian and Shane help eachother keep the X-Division title for like six months, and then they feud against eachother in the end, then this will be "The Coolest", pun intended.
4. Rob Van Dam getting his US Ttitle Victory Stolen
This is the second time this summer that someone won a match by stealing RVD's win from him after a Five Star, but I think this could lead up to a pretty cool feud. Personally, I think they should have RVD v. Cena v. Booker T at Summerslam, in some gimmick match, and have Booker T use the Frog Splash to his advantage, leading to a Booker T v. RVD feud.
3. Raven v. Sabu, next week, ahh the build up!
This match has been built up just about the best in all of wrestling this year (at least in WWE & NWA-TNA) and I for one am looking foward to it. Sure, Raven isn't the wrestler he once was, and niether is Sabu, but there match should still be good. Oh how I miss Raven's promo cutting abaility... “You shouldn’t antagonize a man with a propensity for disproportionate violence!"
2. Jericho and Orton's Apron Battle
I gotta say that the battle royal on Raw wasn't really a great match overall, but the battle between Orton and Jericho was golden. The RKO on the ropes was great, the only way it could have been better is if Jericho became victorious. We'll probably see a Jericho v. Edge match at Summerslam, and don't be surprised if after Orton loses to Benoit we see him take one Y2J.
1. 60 Minute Iron Man Match
Non stop action from beginning until end, sure the end was kinda a screw job ending, but it didn't make Benoit look weak, it actually made Triple H look weak. He had a 3 to 1 lead with 20 minutes left, ten minutes later the score was tied after Triple H tapped out twice. The fan could assume that had Evolution not interfered Benoit would have gotten the 4th fall away. I just thought these two put on one hell of a match, Bravo to them.

Why couldn't Y2J be the #1 contender?

He could but I have a gut feeling Jericho will be taking on the World Champion at Wrestlemania or Royal Rumble, but not earlier.
