Internet Explorer help needed

Basically when I right click on a link to open a file in another window, nothing loads in that window now. Just installed Windows XP and never had this problem on 98 or 2000.

I'd suggest re-installing internet explorer, and whatnot. Also go to in internet explorer: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced .... then click on restore default

Here is my advice for Internet Explorer:

Don't use it.
