I have a amd athlon 3200+
1gb of Pc3200 ram
128mb ati radeon 9800 pro (overclocked)
Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS
2 120 GB Maxtor hard drives
tdk 4x dvd+r\-rw

1st one is used for my entertainment unit, hooked up to my tv and stereo. got a bunch of movies and music on it
celeron 2.4 ghz
256 pc2700 ram
64mb geforce mx440 with svideo out
some gigabyte mobo...fucked if i know what
120 gig 2mb 7200rpm
80 gig 8mb 7200 rpm
lite on 4x dvd+-rw drive
sound blaster audigy 24 bit sound card.
2nd system is my gamming machine, which i just upgraded.
Pentium 4 2.8 Ghz prescott(800 fsb 1meg backside cache)
2x 512mb pc2700 ddr ram
gigabyte pro1000(cant remember the model number) duel channel ram mobo,
geforce 5600xt with a remote control( :cool: )
soundblaster live 5.1
80 gig 8mb 7200 rpm hdd

still using SDRAM on a p4? your mobo must have slots for ddr rame as well.

My PC isn't as good as when I built it a year and a half ago, but it looks pretty damn sexy.

keeps the temp lower than your standard fans.
if he's overclocking, fans just dont cut it. Water cooling is actually becomming a lot more affordable, as you can pick up water cooled cases for as low as 150 bucks now.
