Do you listen to radio music or do you prefer listening only to your own cds etc.
I've always liked radio, it's a wider variety, true you get some shit, but I still perfer it over the same cds.

I have a lot of CDs, so I stick to them. Other stuff I like, but have no intention of buying, I download and put on the mp3 player.

Don't really listen to the radio. The main other source of music listening apart from CDs is pubs, particularly ones which I like to sit in and consume pints because their DJs music sets are always great.

At home I only listen to CD's or Launch. In my work van, usually Radio 1 until I get bored and put the mini disc on.

An even bigger disgrace than the current state of the magazine?

radio is awful. i have to listen to it at work and in the gym and it's so hard to keep running sometimes with 5 minutes of ads and pointless talk between songs.

Sadly the magazine is the best out of TV, Magazine and Radio right now. :(

I basically only listen to classic rock radio now if it isn't a CD.

I listen to the talk radio, does that count?

With 80% of the music played on New Zealand airwaves being Hip Hop/Rap, the radio sucks major ass.

I actually listen to the radio a lot.

I have gotten pretty sick of all my CDs plus I like changing it up between different styles of music.

Normally I listen to CDs, but I put the radio on if I'm driving with someone who doens't like the same music as me or whatever. Most of the time when a CD isn't in though we listen to talk radio

Never listen to the radio except when it comes on at work. Even then I try to blank it out since the station in question (Heart FM) boasts of 'more variety' when they have a playlist of about 30-40 songs tops, mostly shit like Anastacia (sp) or thereabouts.

Dear god, I shudder to think how bad the others are...

I mainly listen to CDs and stuff, but theres a couple of radio things I enjoy. On the whole I prefer to listen to my own music though.

Generally listen to Virgin, even though it plays sh</>it 75%+ of the time. Can't stand anything else other than Radio 2, and can't be arsed to put the good stuff that is on Radio 1 every blue moon.

Rarely, nowadays. I don't really like having to listen to 5 songs I don't like before getting to listen to 1 that I do like.

I have a wide enough variety in music that I don't get bored of my CDs anyway.

CD's and MP3's mainly.

Avoid the radio like the plauge seeing as British Radio plays 99% utter shit.

That being said, Tuesday nights on Radio One are normally good.

Back in Somerset there was a radio station which proudly boasted "a better music mix - with none of the hard rock"

Which would be fine IF ANYWHERE PLAYED HARD ROCK......or any rock for that matter

Didn't Steve Wright move to Radio 2?

I think he's on in the afternoons.

By the by, I usually listen to radio during the day, and albums at night.
