Favorite Ref of all time

Sure I know most people watch wrestling for the matches and the storylines, but I think good refs are important as well, I loved Tommy Young back in the day and I like the Fast paced style of Mike Chioda and the Knowledge of refs like Nick Patrick and Earl Hebner so my question is who is your all time favorite ref?

I remember on the Ric Flair DVD Jim Ross was talking to Jim Herd bout corrupt officating and he talked about Teddy Long screwing someone out of the Tag Team Titles can anyone clear me up on this?
