View Full Version : The X-Pac Of ______

in the HHH-led variant of DX that reformed at the end of 1999, pretty much all the members were memorable in some way...even X-Pac. In fact, I'll even go as far as saying that X-Pac played a special role in DX...and that role carried on when fans started booing him and never looked back. I think it's general consensus here that an "X-Pac" is one who gains a lot of boos, marginal heat, and just makes people think that he sucks because he's the one who makes the majority of the run-ins and stops fans from seeing what they want to see. There's "heat", and then there's "X-Pac" heat. Not everyone can be an X-Pac, though.

For example, I call Sid Vicious "The X-Pac Of Main Eventers", even though one of his reigns (in WWF) precluded the creation of "X-Pac" the character.
JBL is another, more recent example of such "X-Pacity".

I used to call Ivory (as a heel), the X-Pac of the Women's Division...she even used a kind of X-Factor which even further drove the point home.

Who are other "X-Pacs" out there?

JBL is nowhere near the pile of shit X-Pac is.

Not that he's great or anything, but he actually gets heel heat.

Now he does, but in the beginning...

here's another one: (WWE) Justin Credible = The Only X-Pac That Wasn't X-Pac Himself...

I do think that the Big Boss Man deserves some special mention. Although I'm pretty sure he generated heat at one point or another.

LOL!!

you know, I thought Eddie was the "X-Pac" of the Radicalz.
Though we all know Eddie is MILES BEYOND X-Pac ring and heatwise, when he first came to WWE, he was the first one to get the fans against him for no reason whatsoever. (Saturn was like the Billy Gunn, Benoit the HHH, and Malenko the Road Dogg...) I can't decide whether Batista or Flair is the X-Pac of Evolution... lately, Flair's run-ins have been reminding me of X-Pac's "Damn you!!" moments.

LOL at X-Factor, obviously being the X-Pac of stables...

...you had two X-Pacs (X-Pac himself and Justin Credible, WWE Style) and Albert, who was very much an X-Pac as a singles wrestler... his highest point was being teamed with Test, save perhaps his feud with Benoit (which was more like a case of "WTF are we gonna do with these two guys?")....so in effect, you have three X-Pacs, and music so bad initially, that even X-Pac himself said it SUCKED.

Lesnar vs Goldberg was pretty X-Pacish though, for how much it was hyped. In fact, the fans chanting at the wrestlers kind of reminded me of how fans reacted to X-Pac.

hmm, now as for the Union being an X-Pac stable...I wager it was more of a "Billy Gunn", but a lot of stables have had an "X-Pac" in them. Who was the X-Pac of the Union? Test?

I dare say Ivory was the X-Pac of RTC, because I can't quite peg Goodfather or Bull Buchanan alone as X-Pacs in the group...maybe they were the co-X-Pac of RTC. Val Venis and Steven Richards obviously were above X-Pac level.
