But yeah, on another note.. If someone offered me $300 for a non-permanent thing such as an account for a game that will be out soon anyway, I would definitely sell it to them if they were that desperate/stupid.

Looking at most beta MMORPG tests, your character is often wiped anyways.

I think no matter how good that game is, you'd be a fool not to take that money ;)

The people aren't buying his character. I imagine they couldn't care less about what kind of char is on the account. It's just the fact that he has a WoW beta account.

But yes... Buzzkill is a moron if he doesn't take the money for the account.

That doesn't make much sense, because all characters will be wiped before release anyway. Everyone is going to have to start over. That's how it is in betas... it's a -test-. They're not actually playing the game for the hell of it, unless you're just a freeloading loser.

God, you really seem to have a problem grasping this -beta test- thing.

Btw, to further enforce what I said... You said that yourself HH, from what you know of them, they're often wiped.

So what would it matter if he was losing 3 months of -game testing- in which he was neither paying for, nor getting payed for.

He's coming out ahead in the end, and he got to have 3 months of FUN in the process.
