It seems they are doing tough enough again which is stupid. The people from T.E.3 have only wrestled one match. But what is even worse is the winner of TE2 that is still around doesn't even wrestle.

What are your thoughts on Tough Enough?

I can't belive this season's winner gets a million dollars

Who won TE3 was that the one where the two chicks (Jackie and what's her face) won? or was that 2?

Johnny Nitro was sent back to OVW to get more training as they see potential in him.As for Matt the other winner he was et to make his debut on Smackdown as the mystery CW that jackie eneded up being.Bbut Hardcore Holly hurt him at a house show

They haven't wrestled because they aren't ready yet, simple as that.

Maven might be a plain wrestler with no gimmick, but he can wrestle now

Just to settle the questions on the winners:

Tough Enough 1 - Maven & Nidia
Tough Enough 2 - Jackie & Linda M.
Tough Enough 3 - Matt C. & John H.

As far as my thoughts on the show, I think that they dropped the ball big time on all 3 of the shows (particularly season 2). They had some great talents in season one (like Chris Ni) who should have won the competition, yet the settled on Maven & Nidia.

With season two, they went for the "surprise" factor, and picked two talentless chicks to win it (although they really didn't choose any of the right type of people for season 2, as there wasn't really any talent there at all). All of the cast really sucked there.

With season three, they went with Matt & John, which overall isn't bad - but they'd have made a better choice picking Justin - who had potential, and was a big guy (like they like). He made it to the final ep., and then got cut. I think Jonah would have got the win, but he made a few bad choices, one of which was telling them his doubts in the competition when he considered quitting.

I still can't believe (like stickman said) that the winner gets $1 million dollars - WTF?

Yeah clearly tonight they said for TE1 "and the male finalist is...Maven!"......There was some huge guy in TE2, I don't know if he was a good wrestler though.

Also, like 2 other things....

1) It's funny how all of these people from Tough Enough got other jobs with WWE (like Josh Matthews, Chris Nowinski, Matt Morgan, and Jessie from TE2), yet the people who should have won never get to; which leads to...

2) Greg Matthews, Taylor, and Kelly were also good choices in the seasons, but they skipped them as well. Just thought I'd give my opinion there as well....

Was matt that huge guy in TE2?

I keep hearing good things about Matt C from TE 3 and Matt Morgan. They consider Morgan to be their biggest star in OVW.

What Would Kevin Do?

I don't think Matt Morgan was on Tough Enough.

I don't think Matt Morgan was on Tough Enough.

I never saw the series (not on in Australia), but apparently he got injured mid way thru

To address all of the questions/comments....

Quick1: Yes, Matt was the really big guy on TE2.

Boondock: She got a backstage role of some kind that put a degree she had to use; something helping out. She appeared on RAW or SD! once in a skit, I think with HHH - where she came in and told him there was a call, or it was his time to go out there or something similar (it was basically playing off her role in actuality). I am not sure if she's still currently there or not, but I believe so.

WWKD: He was indeed, and like Aussie said, he was injured half-way through, but they signed him anyway - because we all know that if you're a big guy, Vince must have you :shifty:

And finally (for now) Miles has been in OVW "training" and such, but no one really seems to like her, and unless something drastically different happens, count on her being released for good whenever they get around to it...

Put it this way, if the WWE is insistant on doing "reality TV" stuff, TE is the rigth way to go. At least when you watch TE you can see the tie in to wrestling, with the Divas Search I dont see that.

I'm a little shocked they are doing it. I knwo it was talked about at their last investors conference, but I also know HHH is against these things. So its interesting that it go through.

Its kinda tough though because if you look at past winners they haven't ben good right out of the gate. So there is a disconnect between winning the show, and then getting on WWE TV. I think that hurts the shows popularity. If you compare it to say American Idol, you can follow that show and then after its over the winner has a single out within months. Of ocurse wrestlign being the way it is, thats not possibel to do unless the winner is a clone of Kurt Angle or something.

Another thing, does anyone know if this will be put together like the old TE series was, or will they just show a few highlights on SD. I know I had heard they just planned to use clips, but they weren't totally clear on SD.

Yes, TE is better than the Diva search. It's amazing though that they still think this is a good idea.

I just gotta add that I liked TE. I thought it offered a good insight into at least one end of the business (training and developing young talent). We also got to see people like DeMott and Snow being themselves, and sometimes being hilarious. There were moments when I thought it was too much like a soap-opera but then there's moments I can recall and laugh my ass off (the little oriental guy, I think his name was Scott or something, getting alcohol poisoning in TE3).

Whenever I see one of the TE on SD or Raw I do get excited because I know what they've been through and I'm almost proud... except for Linda, when she's on I throw my shoe at the television.

Oh, and $1m. WHAT THE F**** INDEED!

Erm... back to the original topic... I've kinda given up all hope of the WWE doing something that makes sense AND not screwing it up.

Instead with the WWE it's always the opposite - make something that doesn't make sense and don't realise they've screwed up and keep the dam stupid angle/gimmick/story-line/marriage/championship reign going.
