while no one in WWE nowadays is immune to stealing finishers...
...why does Billy Gunn, who has one of the more recognizable (yet, stolen) finishers, have to keep changing his finisher like the weather?
He went from The FameAsser (his best finisher)
to The One And Only...
to that move that D'Lo used as a finisher before leaving WWE
to the Styles Clash (Crash Landing)?!
Is there a ban on the FameAsser or something now?

He's just trying to get more over...

No, he's just trying to prove he can do the stuff people say he can't. The Fame Asser is his true finisher, while The One & Only used to play the role of a finisher, is now just a trademark move. The Gunn Stinger was a temporary finisher/trademark move, but has now gone the way of Chris Jericho's Breakdown. The Flat Load (as I am now calling it :shifty:) is probably his newest phase, or just a move that might make it into his moveset (like the jackhammer). If it gets a name like "The Barrel Roll" or "The Barrel Revolver" or something soon it is probably staying for a month or a bit (maybe even permanently).

The Gun Slinger was one of my favorites but the Fameasser has history with him.

I believe its deeper than that...
See not so long ago there was news of Billy Gunn and Hardcore Holly jumping ship to TNA. So what does TNA do? They have Billy Gunn steal the Styles Clash setting up a future feud with AJ Styles, only there are using WWE TV to set up this feud. :shifty:
Personally I liked the One and Only the best.

I pay so much attention to Gunn, I didn't even know he changed his finisher. :shifty: Seriously, I thought he still had the Fameasser...

Billy Gunn still does use his Fameasser, but he uses a few others to add to his repetoire.
Alienoid06, how's he trying to prove he can do the stuff people say he can't?? Who even doubts the wonderful talent of Mr Ass?? :shifty:

he's no longer mr ass, he lost the right to call himself that years ago when he was fueding with steven richards and right to censor. it was a shame really as i think he was a lot better when he was bad ass billy gunn, losing the mr ass and the whole chuck and billy wedding ruined him for me, that and the fact he always allows himself to be walked over when wwe are trying to push someone else :nono:

More annoying to me is how his finishers keep changing strengths. When he went to the One and Only, his Fameasser turned super weak. Didn't even Tajiri kick out of it once? Then he reverted to it and pinned Farooq with it. :wtf:

haha. Yeah, I remember. I also remember when Michaels used the Superkick, but the back suplex was his finisher and when he hit the superkick, the guy got up real quick.

What is the One and Only? I can't stand Billy Gunn so I never really pay much attention to him especially not during "The One" gimmick. I've just never liked Gunn at all. So somebody describe to me The One and Only.

He hooks them in a Cobra Clutch, and then picks them up and drops them (Think about an Lifting Sleeper Drop, but with a cobra clutch instead of a sleeper)

The One And Only has always been kinda lame, IMO. Give me a Rocker Dropper any day of the week.
