Does anybody else really dislike watching this guy? I'm sick of the Japanese man who can't speak English gimmick. I think his finishing move, The Face Claw Slam Shit, is incredibly stupid (The Smackdown crowd was booing that too). He doesn't add anything special, like fuck, he came in to beat up RVD and all he did was a bunch of generic body slams. He just seems incredibly useless to me. Am I alone on this?
You have my support, my friend. He is total shit in the ring, his 'heel Japanese guy pretending to love America' gimmick is crap (and even moreso with his lacklustre acting), and he does not entertain me at all. I would much rather see someone like Funaki in this gimmick, although the fans love him too much to boo him

I'd rather them push Funaki or Tajiri to the top before they take thier chances with that piece of trash. Kenzo is horrible.
This guy was meant to be in a summer feud with Chris Benoit over the Raw title too.

I've only seen him a few times, but I had no interest in his matches at all. He seems awkward in the ring or something, possibly like he's uncomfortable or something.
Uncomfortable? Like he has no business being in a WWE ring? Maybe that's why.

Awkward is the best way to describe him. Not awkward in a good RVD kind of way, but in a shitty way. I'm glad it's not just me thinking he sucks.

<font color=cyan>Well, the whole <b><i>"Kenzo does not speak english so how can he work a match with out talking to the ref let alone who he is fighting"</b></i> card comes to mind. Hence, why he's uncomfortable.
Yeah Kenzo's a huge disapointment, I think he's one step above Heidenreich.

Kenzo suck. He no good. He bad. I love America. :) WORD LIFE SLOBKNOCKA ! ***Eugene plane spin ensues*** ....[/ horrible stereotypical japanese impression]
I just wanna know if he was actually good. Was there a time where he was good and they decided to sign him? Anyway, he hasn't impressed me at all since the beginning and because of all the talk before his appearance, it was a big letdown.

I'm tellin' ya... they should have just made him the leader of the Yakuza and had him order Akio and Sakoda around, letting them do his dirty work. He has the face to look vicious, and he'd be able to avoid direct work until he wasn't as green. He wouldn't have to really speak much either, but when he did, the Japanese would fit.
I can't be the only one who thinks that'd have been a good idea... am I?

He isn't that bad.

Maybe it's because... He can't speak English.
I'll admit that he has not lived up the the publicity he got, but I think that's mainly because he's only had like two actual matches on TV and those were pretty short matches. I've found myself wanting to see him in a decent match though. I'm not too sure who'd he'd have to wrestle though. Maybe a Chalie Haas?

No you couldn't be. Because I was thinking the same thing. Then they go and send Sakoda home, and keep Akio on Heat. WTF?
Kenzo is a dissappointment after all the hype. I think that he was pushed to quiclky like Mordecai and is very green. I think the idea of the Japanese stable could work with him in charge of the guys like Akio, Tajiri, Sakoda (before he was released) and Funaki and he wasn't in the ring much but would only speak ever once in a while. In this time he would spend time in OVW to improve.

I think you'll find akio isnt on heat...or velocity.
