My Internet Explorer is broken

(I'm on a different computer right now)

When I click on it to open the window, two error windows pop up instead.

I did a scan with my Norton and it found 4 problems and fixed them.

Do I need to reformat?

Try reinstalling IE. Orrrrrr, just download Mozilla Firefox. It's better than IE, since it has tabbed browsing, built in pop up control, yadda yadda yadda.

try this

go into control panel and add/remove programs, click IE, then add/remove or whatever, and if there's an option that says "repair" use that
